Staff is Supportive. Rooms are Well Maintained. We stayed for more than a Week. Rooms are Big and have in-Built Heater with a Thermostat. They also have an Elevator (comfy for Elders).

The hotel cleanliness was good. Housekeeping staff were very good. All the staff were courteous. I would like to specially mention the names of reception staff: Mohammad Shafi, Haroom Ahmad and Asim who were very cooperative, concerned and understanding. The restaurant staff provided excellent services. Overall our stay was very enjoyable at Grand Mamata.

Room was clean, centrally heated. Food was decent. It was walking distance for dal lake. Room was well temperature controlled.

food- delicious amenities & services- average we stayed in the recently built property called platinum. I felt it was too expensive for its price.

Definitely a very good hotel to plan vacation. Location is in centre of srinagar, staff is very humble and caring, excellent food options including north indian and south food also. Good rooms with excellent heating and other amenities. They will help to plan side location visits and pickup from jammu also. If/when i will next time plan kashmir; definitely i will choose grand mamta only.

Overall hotel is good however night shift receptions guy was very rude. • Hotel is near dal lake and Khayam chowk • Although room are pretty old but Room renovation are going on • Hotel location is good
