Very dirty, very old boat, provide three room in one houseboat , u can hear if ur adjoining room person is snoring or talking on phone, u can’t sleep in night even for few hours as there are house boat in left and and right both side with in 2 meter. Hairs all over pillow and Bedsheet and even on dressing table. Earbuds laying on side table in short room not clean after guest leave and given to next guest. Smelly washroom. Please don’t stay here it will ruin ur whole Srinagar experience just in few seconds.

Bad quality food, electricity cut, tv is not working, did not show any hospitality, we have to carry luggage ourself from small boat to house boat. Moreover food quality is not up to mark. We got dry bread and poha(without vegetables) in breakfast which is very difficult to chew for my parents. We spent 15000 on two rooms but their rooms and environment are worthless. I suggest don't waste money on this.

It was my amusement experience in house boat. I specifically recommend the Royal House boat. Mr Riyaaz was excellent person, food was awesome and staying in boat with kids was my life time experience. So i personally recommend the Royal House boat for Bangladeshi guest as well as others.
