There was a short circuit in the room, and unfortunately, none of the staff members had any fire safety training. They were completely clueless about how to handle an electrical fire. Additionally, the TV was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Very Slow Service, I Don't Know Why Hotel Tell Me That My Booking Is Cancelled, I Had To Wait So Long For Check In.

This is pathetic place to be ... We came here and no one at reception keys are left over with guard we needed bedding for children no one here no blankets for children only standard room has worst slim bedding in this cold and we were told full price for this for what reason ?? Please don't waste ur money on this joke hotel ... No kitchen is open we are travelling by rod for 12 hours as it fog outside our flights were cancelled no food we can order our stuff we are carring by self to pay this hotel is it ??? CAlled 20 times on mobile no one replied no safety ... My kidd are starving ...

Where do I start? Worst hotel to stay in India. IF YOU SEE 5 STAR RATING, IT'S FAKE! REVIEW BY THE HOTEL. 1. My room was accessed while DO NOT DISTURB was on. And cleaned. How can privacy be breached??? All my belongings were touched, why are how??? Hotel refuses to comment on this. 2. Food was served without being covered, including roti's, until I got really upset when I saw small flies sitting on the roti. Post that food was being covered with foil paper. 3. Food was being served without any cutlery. Basic IRD protocols were not being followed. 4. Room service orders were always messed up. 5. Requested for a working mini bar for 3 days, staff failed to give. When I got upset, maintenance team sent a replacement, a replacement which was not working. All food spolied. When I spoke to GM he said mini bar is not to have any stock in it. I asked him to ask himself if what he said makes sense to him. How is it possible that a minibar cannot store choclate pastry and 3 cupcakes? He was blank. 6. Water was not coming in shower and 3 days in a row had to use ANOTHER ROOM to take a shower. 7. Upon asking for facial tissues, we were being given paper towels. I had to involve a manager to get facial tissues. Sad. 8. Extremely dirty water in tap, smelling of sewerage. 9. One day when I asked for room to be cleaned, it was, but bathroom was not. Only towels replaced. When I called the GM and showed him the shower, he got defensive and said the floor is like that. I had to tell him it was the soap residue left as the water drained. He was still defensive, but then the operations manager told him that I was right. Pics attached. 10. My children were expected to sleep on the floor. Sadly the hotel does not invest in cotbeds and in lieu mattresses are not given. 11. Rooftop bar is too loud for third floor. Hotel is all about money, not service. Not children friendly at all. GM does not know how to resolve any issues. Best staff hotel has is Vikrant and Tarun Chef.

Bad experience. Ac was not working. Housekeeping did not pick the phone. Front desk was informed, who said that they will have it checked. No one turned up and there no follow up phone from the desk. In the morning i was told that the entire floor had non-functional ac. Without ventilation and ac, the room was very uncomfortable and suffocating, and sleep was disturbed. Never had such an experience!

I got a nice clean and comfortable spacious room to stay. The staff was polite and friendly. Enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast.
