Extremely Overated & Underwhelming – Would Not Recommend I booked a day trip to this resort expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. The recreational amenities were severely lacking. Most of the advertised activities were either unavailable or so poorly maintained that they weren't usable. There was hardly anything to do once we arrived, which completely defeats the purpose of visiting a resort. The food quality was another huge letdown. It was tasteless, poorly presented, and felt more like something you'd get at a low-budget cafeteria than at a resort charging premium prices. We were genuinely shocked by how bad it was. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful. It felt like we were bothering them anytime we asked a question or tried to get assistance. Hospitality and basic customer service were clearly not a priority here. To make matters worse, the price is completely unreasonable for what you actually get. You pay resort-level rates but receive subpar food, non-existent activities, and poor service. It felt like a money grab rather than a genuine attempt to provide guests with a good experience. Overall, this place is gimmicky and no substance. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a quality resort experience. Definitely not worth it.

Inside Dream square resort it is beautiful but their service is very poor.Service personnels were not cordial and they were very.Worst services i got from there.Staffs are very reluctant.Room or villas were small,specially washrooms are too small except few rooms and room services are horrible.

Amazing experience. Very good service. Staffs were well behaved. Cleanliness 10/10. Best part was their Swimming Zone… There was a kids water park, Children’s pool, Adult’s pool were separated. There is large Jacuzzi separated from main pool. In the main pool there was a water slide from 30 feet above and it was really amazing for all aged members in my family. My 5 years little kid also liked this water sliding… There restaurant was big and well decorated with good and tasty foods… It’s worth paying for a day trip…

One of the best resorts in Bangladesh. Environment, service, food, activities all of them are excellent. Rooms are very good and the atmosphere is comfortable for both family and friends. It's a big resort and the staff keeps it very clean.

Stayed with family and had a fantastic time! The resort is well-maintained, the staff is welcoming. There are plenty of activities for families, especially kids — boating, swimming, play zones, and relaxing walks around the resort. We especially loved the early morning breeze and peaceful environment. If you're looking for a break without traveling too far, Dream Square is a great option. Highly recommend for families and even couples looking for a relaxing short trip. Will definitely visit again!

I recently visited a project by Dream Square and was genuinely impressed. The location is great, the environment is peaceful, and the planning is well-organized. Their team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. If you're looking for a reliable and well-developed property near Dhaka, Dream Square is definitely worth considering. staffs are not friendly. Food quality is worst amongst all the BD resorts i have experienced. Even 31st night package lunch options are soo poor, it was a complete waste of my money. I came to celebrate 31st night of 2024, booked a room knowing they are arranging fireworks. Room rent is more than double on 31st, due to some reason they decided not to do fireworks, i asked of refund and people in reception started misbehaving with me. Now writing this review from my reserved room. All the extra money i paid for 31st is waste.

If anyone wants to leave the chaos & busy hustle life of Dhaka & wants to live in a calm place, it would be a good option. But make sure that you have a private vehicle because using public transport to go there would be very difficult. Also compared to other renowned resorts in Bangladesh, you will find less activities. Kayaking boats & spaces are not enough. I was eager to catch fish in their lake but couldn't catch it as the fishing hook was not sufficient. In the movie theatre, we couldn't watch the movie there due to less people. So, make sure that you will go to the movie hall with enough people. For kids, it is a very good & wide place & I'm pretty much sure that kids will enjoy the ambience & the playground.

Food at the resort was good unfortunately they continued to burn trash on the resort grounds which created a Sickening smell.
