Starting from Day 1 (19th of August, 2025) checkin process was really smooth. Room service was there 24/7 . Movie, Sports activities, Tea garden overall it’s perfect for couple. I created lots of memories there with my lovely wife. As we loved our stay then we extended another day at the grand sultan. Check out 22nd of August, 2025 Food: 9.5/10 Room: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Overall: 29.5/30

We had made an advance booking for lunch at Grand Sultan but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience upon arrival. First of all, there was no warm welcome extended to us. After being seated in the waiting area, we were informed that guests who are only taking food service (without room booking) would be directed to a separate non-AC dining space. To reach that space, we had to climb several steep stairways, almost like going up a hill. This was extremely exhausting in the heat, especially for elderly and unwell guests. Moreover, the non-AC dining area did not have a sufficient cooling system. The fans were placed far apart, creating a very hot and uncomfortable environment. On the other hand, guests staying at the hotel were provided with an AC dining facility. In 2025, such discriminatory and narrow-minded arrangements are truly disappointing and unacceptable. My mother actually fell ill due to the intense heat, which made the experience even more distressing for us. For senior citizens and elderly guests, such an arrangement is completely inhumane. In our opinion, the hotel management should have clearly mentioned at the time of booking that the non-AC dining space required climbing many stairs and lacked adequate cooling facilities. Without such transparency, future guests are likely to face the same disappointing experience.

Bedroom has very good lighting, soft bed and pillows. Bathrooms amazing too. The pool’s clean so it their jacuzzi. Gym was good, had basic equipments. Complementary breakfast was great aswell. Of course my favourite was their Game Centre. Played forza with logitech wheel for hours even though i had to pay every hour (200 tk per hour)

Definitely a 5 star hotel, clean and safe all around the hotel. Staff are very professional and very polite. Has access to the swimming pool and childrens area. Beautiful scenic view for people that love to take pictures.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was gorgeous – clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. Everything felt really high-end and relaxing. The pool and spa were definite highlights, and the whole place had a calm, luxurious vibe that made it easy to unwind. Service was top-notch all around. The only small downside was the food – it tasted great, but there weren’t a lot of options, especially if you're staying more than a couple of nights or have specific food needs. Would’ve loved to see a bigger menu or more variety. Still, overall an amazing stay and I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful escape.

excellent accomodation environment and warmhearted people. I liked it too much. In our busy life we go out for relaxation . its a good place to pass times with family..food facility is standard . buffet is too rich and standard . loved it too much.
