A bit old in outlook and interior settings, no gyms and swimming pool facilities , even when we ask for a kettle for boing water and the answer was ‘no’. The next day when we get back from scenery seeing in the evening, no bed making and towel exchange at all. Overall experience was disappointed.

I've stayed at this hotel every year at this time since 2017 and I can't believe the amount of neglect since then. First night I found the room lacking... mainly in cleanliness. But the bulbs in all the lamps were very dim, maybe a 40 watt but that's being generous, so it was hard to see till morning when I opened the curtains. The filth of the carpet, I mean there were spots that were STICKY! The black that seemed to be mold (I'm no expert), the dust. It was awful. I went to the front desk and showed the clerk the pictures I took. He asked me to text them to his number so he could show the Manager. I did, he confirmed he got them, found me a new room later that day and said he'd talk to the manager. The new room felt like I was in a different hotel with the drastic difference in how clean it was, though still very dim even with all the lamps on. I decided that maybe the black whatever it was, was reported previously and they stopped letting guests stay in that room so it was an error to put me in there. That was until the last night when I was just about to put my head on the pillow and a large silverfish came out from under the pillow. Never staying there again.

Parking lot was full of garbage. A/C was VERY loud. Shower-head only worked for very short people.
Great Indian Food restaurant/pub and great coffee shop.

I liked the fact that there was a microwave in the room and a balcony.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The room is big and very clean.
A lot of dining options around.

We stay in this hotel for one night check February 13 check out February 14 for my son‘s birthday the hotel the hot tub was amazing and clean and the stuff was super friendly the friend guy sorry I forgot his name but he was such a friendly guy, we would love to come back again
