need to do some remodeling of the ceilings in the common areas. should mention theres a pool
in listing i almost didnt book without a pool. map would be an awesome thing too

The property & hotel were super trashy. Literal garbage all over the place. It doesn't appear that there's any property management, it looks abandoned. The breakfast consisted of waffle maker & a bowl of apples, no protein whatsoever not even yogurt. Definitely not worth the outrageous price.

Staff was very good and helpful. Room was clean and specious. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at quality inn.

On arrival found a dirty lot, overflowing trash cans that smelled, hallways and a room that smelled of stale smoke, door 3 lock broken, multiple broken fire alarm pulls, dirty corridors, peeling wall paper, dirty center atrium with left over trash laying around. Outside there were questionable people hanging around. I couldn't possibly expected my family to stay in this, so I requested a refund which was agreed to, but I have yet to receive and that is an ongoing issue.

I don’t know where the 5 star reviews came from unless they were paid to leave them. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The receptionist was unfriendly and spoke fast with a thick accent and got irritated I couldn’t understand her. We went upstairs to our room and the smell inside was damp. I put my carry-on on the bed and freaking ants came out of the sheets. Both beds were full of bugs. The sheets were stained, including with what looked like old blood stains. My son sat in the chair and ended up covered in some kind of sticky stuff all over his arm. There were drip marks of some substance on the walls. I was tempted to sleep in my truck. We both ended up fully clothed and on top of the sheets because of the filth. In the morning decided to check out breakfast. Food and milk left out in a hot as heck room had me backing out. Coffee smelled like bath water. I booked based on reviews here. Had I read the countless 1 star Yelp reviews I’d have known to bypass this dump. The Quality Inn franchise needs to shut this place down.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was a very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay at quality inn Springboro.

The room was comfortable but that is all I can say positive. The toilet paper was wet. When we took a shower there was no shampoo and no soap anywhere. No bar soap to wash your hands. The breakfast was terrible. I am gluten free and there were no options. Except for the rooms all the areas were very hot including breakfast room and pool. We were going to stay on our way back to New York but will definitely not be doing that.
