The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was very classy and clean! It had everything we needed and it’s right on the downtown ***** for you to walk to anything you wanted to do! We came down for a college visit and only had to drive 4 min to get to the campus! We will definitely stay there again when our kiddo goes to college!

Although the hotel is beautiful, I had a very negative experience at Hotel Vandivort. On the day I was checking out, I discovered that a significant amount of money had been stolen from an inner pocket of my backpack, inside my room. I immediately notified the hotel staff before leaving, but had to travel back to my home country that same day and was forced to file the police report from abroad. The staff was polite and respectful, but the institutional response was limited. At last I was referred to an insurance company that of course just told me that the theft was impossible to prove. What concerns me most is that the theft happened in a supposedly secure space, and someone with room access was able to act with impunity. The situation was extremely frustrating, especially as I felt my account was met with skepticism, despite my full cooperation. And the person that took the money from my bagpack perhaps is still working there. I travel frequently and value professionalism and trust in accommodations. Sadly, this experience left me disappointed and concerned. I would not return, nor would I recommend the hotel.

What a find! Style and design rivals some of our favorites in Chicago and NYC! Our corner room with a balcony was spacious and very comfortable! Our fur baby was welcomed by staff with treats and pets! Dinner and drinks at The Order were delicious! Very walkable location with several parking options, but you really don’t even need to leave the hotel!

This hotel was incredible! So beautiful, bed was very comfy and large. The rooftop bar was so comfortable and great staff. Hannah at the registration desk was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come again!

The Hotel Vandivort is a true gem for the Queen of the Ozarks. The look is funky. The workout room is above average, the rooms are spacious and the staff is excellent. Their new pre-registration system is excellent.

Excellent hotel! What a nice surprise to find a modern, clean nicely located hotel in downtown Springfield MO. Great staff fun area but don’t miss the rooftop bar for great view, cocktail and people watching! Enjoyed dinner at Bruno’s Italian restaurant around the corner and breakfast at Gailey’s breakfast Cafe across the street.

If you find yourself in Springfield, Missouri, you need to stay here. This hotel was nicer than most of the hotels I've stayed in this year. The room was huge with high ceilings and a good shower. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter chain hotel. There was free parking in the lot across the street and the new building has a rooftop bar that had great cocktails and nice views of the small downtown.

The hotel is very interesting. Different from other places we have stayed, in a good way. The decor was understated and tasteful. The room was large and comfortable. Being right in downtown was fun with lots of restaurants to choose from. The free parking lot across the street was great. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar. Our waiter Sunny was very attentive. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
