Great place to stay and great location! I stayed at Super 8 Battlefield for 5 nights in August. Upon checking in, I had problems hooking up to the wi-fi but the management helped me get logged in after working out a few glitches - and never had any problems going online the entire stay. Also the room was clean with housekeeping coming in daily to vacuum floor, make up bed, replenish towels and soap, etc. (a rarity in many hotels today, regardless of price. I will stay here again when in Springfield.

To start- if traveling with a pet CALL AHEAD, we stayed 2 nights. No one was there so made it peaceful and quiet. No breakfast in the morning, not even coffee. Location was great, rooms could’ve been updated but clean for a “pet room”. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay for a night in a big city this is it. Don’t expect the ritz but it’s definitely not a bad place.

Rude service keep reminding me is a smoke free room after I told her I didn’t smoke. All the rags and towels were damp like they didn’t let the drier the whole time or over packed it

I waited 5 minutes, nobody came to the front desk; so I left and stayed somewhere else! The charges will be disputed!

The place was old. It was very hot. They charged me $20 extra for a non-smoking room and did not refund me my money. We only stayed one of the two nights it was terrible. There was hairs in the bed. There was hairs on the bathtub. there was hairs on the bathroom sink. The room was not very clean And there was hardly anybody there.

Attending my business meeting in a very nice midwest town call Springfield, Missouri. I stay at Super 8 , BattlefieId Road location. Hotel staff was very good and polite. My non smoking room was very clean and comfortable. I am very happy with my and will stay here agian.
