I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Burn holes all over the blankets, mold on the shower ceiling, air conditioner only worked if we kept kicking it, ceiling above bed is cracking and falling, carpet looked like it had been a few days since vacuuming. No coffee or anything available. Staff was rude. Have to pay 100.00 deposit no matter how you purchase the room. I could keep going but I think you get the idea.

Worst experience ever
The sink was dirty look like it hadn’t been cleaned . The ice machine didn’t work. I had traveled 10 hours and needed to take a bath and could not the tub did not stop up to take a bath . The flat sheet had cigarette burns the fitter sheet was dirty. I really felt unsafe on this floor that I put a chair at the door. The attendant was very rude . I wasn’t aware of 100 dollar deposit what if I didn’t have it . She gave me a hard time with taking my passport said I needed a I. D . Or a driver license when a passport is behind identification.

We went to check in. He tried to give us a smokers room charge us $100 deposit refuse to give us a key to our room. Refuse to give us a non-smoking room. We ended up having to call 911. It was a big ordeal. 48 hours later ******* made it right. Refunded my money but it was such a hassle. This guy is super rude and there is something crazy going on at that motel. Do not stay there. Terrible, terrible, terrible service

This hotel location is very convenient and easy accessible from hwy 65. Our check in process was very fast. This hotel charge room deposit. Our hotel room was clean. We sleep well all night on new beds. Non smoking rooms. We watched IMAX movie next door. Gas, groceries, Mc Donald and other restaurant is next door.

We travel for our business meeting after 4th of July week end stayed 4nights. At check in hotel frond desk help us to move our language and very helpful. Only this hotel has a Large parking lot to park very large vehicle. We sleep well in new beds. Our hotel room was very clean an excellent. Hotel other staff was helpful and kind. IMAX, Battlefield mall, PFI, Lambert café etc. near by. We have a very good stay. Nice and clean room. will visit & stay here again. Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield/Battlefield. The staff, especially Sujay, Jay, and Gita, provided exceptional service. The hotel was spotless, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience. Looking forward to returning!

Avoid this place. Charged $100 "deposit" on my credit card and it took a week to release it. Quiet place, almost empty... maybe 6 cars in lot at midnight. No discernable reason for the deposit. Terrible service people, weak English, no eye contact and dismissive to their guests. The rooms need maintenance and better cleaning. Too many good places on the same block. Oh and I see they charge $150 deposit now.
