The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The check in /out process was very easy. There was a light bulb burnt out and we had to pull one from another light. I also do not think they need to put 150 hold in your CC as the room was not even that much. Also why a hold? Everything is included.

If there was a rating for zero stars, then I would put that. The pictures look fine until you arrive at the hotel. ******* has a 24 hour cancellation policy, so you will not get your money back if you arrive here and find that your room has bedbug activity. My family checked in and checked quickly out of the hotel within 30 minutes. The hotel manager/Owner is Dana, and she will not respond to any of your comments, questions, or concerns. I took pictures to justify why my family left. *******, unfortunately cannot do anything because the hotel is refusing to give them the money back to reimburse our family. I called the Baymont company and they are refusing to get involved due to it being a franchise. If you want to waste your money on disgusting hotels, then go right ahead and book this hotel. This hotel has a policy that refuses to allow anyone within 40 mile radius of the hotel from being able to stay there without having to pay extra money. I have never been to a hotel that requires this, which gives me the impression there are either illegal activities going on here or unsafe actions around this hotel. Extremely disappointed that an owner would refuse to give money back when there is evidence of bedbug activity. Thank you, Baymont for subjecting my family to bedbugs and then refusing to return our money. They would rather force you to be in unsanitary conditions than provide you a safe and comfortable room to your family. Buyer beware. Also gave my daughter a reaction on her elbow when she was on the floor. Staff reports they even get a rash when they use the chemical for the rooms.
