Horrible experience for the first time at this hotel. Got an ada room and the shower seat broke sending my step dad to the from d and flooding the bathroom and kitchen. Only one employee who tried to help and called management who said they could t help until 8:45 the next day. HQ was also no help sending us Tim circles back to the local Management which already wasn’t not concerned for the health or well being of their guests. No other rooms made available only excuses. HQ had no emergency process but to call 911. Do NOT stay here or any Hilton location.

Lacking customer service
The front desk person only said “put your card in.” Never greeted me, never told me the total price or how much incidentals were, never mentioned amenities or breakfast hours etc Handed me my card keys and just looked at me…

Hotel should not be rated a 9.4 on ******* ! Room and bathroom were dirty rugs dirty. I would never stay here again !

Really the only issue was that we stayed 3 nights and the beds were never made up or the sheets changed. Some of the trash was emptied but not all of it. Whoever cleaned the room didn’t leave me much confidence about cleanliness or sanitary. Other than that, great experience. They need new cleaning staff or better trained ones.

It was the best handicap room we have had yet in our travels. We travel with our nephew who is a full grown man confined to a wheelchair. This hotel has been hands down the best for convenience for him and us. We travel with a full size electrical wheelchair, hoyer lift, and a shower chair, plus luggage. We were impressed. Thank you!

They ran out of breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. The worker said “that’s all we have for today”. But they did allow me to check out at 1pm and the staff was friendly.

Love the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Front staff was a little grumpy but it was ok. Cleaning and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful.
