It's good. Each bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters, very large and clean. The bathroom is a little small but ok. The breakfast is very simple, but you can make your own waffles.

Our friend Faye at the front desk always makes us feel so very welcome. I've stayed here many time's in the past and will continue whenever i need a clean friendly place to stay

Clean, comfortable and charming…the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Cute hotel, pool and gym and a little business area and breakfast…the staff went beyond with their service and accommodations for us. A bonus was the laundry for guests which came in super handy!

Had a great stay at the Best Western Springfield Hotel! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast options were excellent, and everything ran smoothly. Big thanks to Heather Hayes for making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved the hotel it was perfect for our little family of 4! The room was perfect quiet and clean! I also want to point out an amazing employee Heather Hayes !!! She was amazing love that there is a pool there also great breakfast!
