Chose a non-smoking room and the room we were given had the strongest cigarette smell ever. It was very hard to sleep, in fact I was unable to sleep at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The floors were dirty, the counters had sticky residue on them, the room was very poorly cleaned. The bathroom also reeked of cigarettes. Do not recommend to anyone to stay here. Will be picking elsewhere when I come back to Springfield the next several times this year.

Had to stay because of the weather. Rooms were very dirty. Even the sheets and bedspread were dirty! Door would not lock. Because I wreaked my car had it towed here. So now he Kevin is charging me for the car sitting there!!!
