The hotel building and lobby looked very nice and were well decorated. The lobby was open and airy. The elevator was old but well-maintained. The room was spacious and looked nice. The door was a little warped from moisture and made a loud noise every time it was opened. The lighting in the room was bright and sufficient. The bathroom door was warped around the edges from moisture. The shower functioned very well. The water flow was good and the drain worked properly. They had provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There were plenty of towels available. John was very pleasant, friendly, funny, helpful, and professional. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced bread, bagels, English muffins, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, and jam, blueberry, banana nut, and chocolate muffins, cereal, waffle maker, instant oatmeal, milk, chocolate milk, juices, flavored yogurt, coffee and hot water. The shuttle to the train station was available on demand and ran until 9:30 PM. The area was very safe. The bed was comfortable enough.

Treated rudely upon attempt to check-in for a 3 night, fully prepaid stay booked through *******. We were told they had NO ROOMS FOR US. SINCE WE BOOKED THRU A 3RD PARTY, THEY'D SOLD OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY DIDN'T CARE. WE HAD A GURANTEE FOR & HAD PREPAID FOR A ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS. THEY SAID THE WINGATE NEXT DOOR WOULD HONOR OUR EXACT RESERVATION. WE ARRIVED & THEY ONLY HAD ROOMS WITH ONE BED. THE MANAGER AT WINGATE KEPT LOOKING & GOT US A ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. IT WAS NOT WHAT WE WANTED OR HAD RESERVED, BUT WE'D BEEN TRAVELING ALL DAY & JUST STAYED THERE.

Just another Comfort inn
My special request was not respected. At the beginning I was assigned to the room with very old furniture and a window facility the active highway, so I had to ask for another room. Breakfast is so so.
