Terrible location I left in the middle of the night was so bad! Very ghetto, stale smoke smell, the key wouldn’t work 3 times. 1 elevator was broken and the other was constantly being helps up by people. Was so bad that I walked out and went else where felt very unsafe and unclean! Gave them back key and told was leaving still wouldn’t refund the remaining days I had paid to stay before getting there, out 300+ dollars and don’t want anyone else having same experience. If you are looking for nice affordable place to stay there are better in the area!

Overall the whole staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sanji who always listens carefully to help and goes beyond her call of duty to assist.

The hotel is conveniently located off of a major highway so it is easy to head to DC or anywhere else. The hotel was clean and the room was spotless. The weird part was the area immediately around the hotel (say a 1000 foot radius) was kind of seedy and run down but the rest of the neighborhood was nice with lots of restaurants and shops. I think the neighborhood was run down at one time and now it is being rebuilt and the hotel sits in the last vestiges of the run down part. However, I did not feel threatened or unsafe at the hotel. The room had a kitchen and full fridge but there is nothing in the cabinets, not even a fork. If you want to cook you need to provide everything yourself or you can buy a cooking setup for $150 which is bizarre, that is the only real criticism I can offer. The hotel is about 20 minutes from DC.

One of the top motel 6 This motel 6 is prob the best one I stayed in, location was good, the remodeled suite is awesome. A lot things near by. Still remodeling other rooms but we’re very courteous of to the guest.

Stayed for 6 nights. Room was very clean. Very close to Springfield Mall & the Interstate. Very good for transit and the Metro ( subway ). Staff is very helpful. The only negative thing was slow wifi. Would definitely stay again. Very good budget hotel.
