The hotel staff were friendly and quickly brought up a new bottle of conditioner when notified that ours was empty. That’s about all the hotel had going for it. The rooms are completely outdated and musty. Even turning down the AC on the outdated AC unit didn’t help. The carpet felt sticky and moist. You don’t want to go without shoes or slides on your feet. The beds were AWFUL - they were so hard that it made it hard to sleep, the pillows have no firmness, the room is tiny and there isn’t much room to move around with any suitcases you may have. Additionally, the comforter was not comfortable. The gym is TINY and most of the equipment doesn’t work. It’s also in the “laundry room” which creates a real funky smell - not a gym smell but a moldy clothing smell. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay, especially for the cost that I paid. I would not recommend staying here and I won’t return.

Ashley and Collin were by far the best employees at this hotel. They greeted us with smiles which created a positive environment at this hotel. Collin fixed our tv and refrigerator when we mentioned it was broken in conversation. The rooms were tired and in need of an update, but having friendly employees like Ashley and Collin made our stay enjoyable. The other front desk staff at this hotel need to take lessons from them.

This is a clean, quiet, and convenient location to and through York. Two poor areas: breakfast poorest we've experienced at Hampton inns in 3 years. Rude non customer oriented Front desk weekend (7/27-28 2024)morning clerk at a Hampton we can remember

First off, unfriendly staff. I have never encountered such rude people. The room itself is very out dated. The rug was ripped up at the ceramic floor & rug meeting point. The shower head fell off in my hand, I had to fix it while I was in the shower. The soap dish (yes bar soap dish) was dirty. The ceramic tile in the entry way, grout was so dirty it was black (supposed to be tan). To top this off, a bug was crawling on me at 3 AM.

I pretty brand-loyal to Hampton Inn as I can assume I'll get a clean, comfortable room, time for a workout, and a decent breakfast. The breakfast was okay, our rooms were musty smelling, and the fitness room had dripping water from the ceiling and one working treadmill. Overall, it was an off-brand experience.

Stayed here after an evening at the Hollywood ****** located about one mile away from the hotel. All I can say is this hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and moderately priced. Would absolutely stay here again. It was nice having such a short drive after spending a fun night at the ******. Only negative comment would be they really need to do something about people parking in their parking lot who are eating at the Texas Roadhouse next door. When checking in, saw numerous people park in their lot who just walked on over to Texas Roadhouse. It's a shame guests next to walk a few hundred yards because spaces are taken by non-patrons of the hotel. Otherwise - great stay - highly recommend.

Clean, well located hotel with an accommodating staff. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked, keep up with demand from teen sports teams. Visited the ****** which is essentially in the same parking lot. There is also a Texas Roadhouse next door which appeared very crowded. Hotel seemed to have sufficient staffing to keep up with demand which is not always the case these days.

If you ever want to see what the first ever Hampton Inns looked like when they were built, this is the place to go. This place hasn’t been updated since it’s original build date which I’m guessing was probably in the early 90s. We’re talking original brown granite countertops, carpeted floor moldings, no USB ports. It’s a classic. What this hotel does have going for it is that it’s super clean and pretty well maintained. It’s also at a large intersection with just about every chain restaurant in American within 5 mins. This is a serviceable, clean hotel in need of an update given that they’re surrounded by several more recently renovated choices.

Checked in Sunday, Christmas Day. It was an extremely cold day. The room temp was set at 60* and the room was cold. Set the temperature on the thermostat to 72* and the heat never went off. I never got totally warm. Staff is very nice but check in with a reservation takes to long. Room is good, the breakfast okay but I need better heat.
