Very friendly staff. First room the toilet was leaking but we got another room. Fairly comfy bed and clean but the bathrooms are in desperate need of updating

The bathroom was disgusting, the carpet was dirty, the walls were grossly stained, and the bedding was ripped.

BED BUGS - INFESTED -see pics. Showed owner bugs & all my bites. FID NOTHING BUT CHARGE ME. Went to emergency room so many bites & alergic reaction. Reported to health dept it is so bad. This place is beyond filthy.

Can my review be a 0? Traveled all the way from GA to Springerville/Eager area; made reservations for two rooms, 2 MONTHS in advance. Traveled 1500 miles and they had canceled our reservations with no notice, call or heads up…. Nothing. Because it was July 4 weekend, everything was booked and they had 1 suite they they raised the price to $235!! Also put a hold on our credit card for said “reservation “ and won’t receive money back for 7/10 days. Save your time and money and don’t bother with this motel.

Hotel has been upgraded but there were some places, especially in the bathrooms, that needed a bit more attention.

I did not like the $25 CASH only pet fee that was not disclosed when booking the room through *******! That fee should be disclosed when booking!

Our room was very clean and the people were great. There is also a restaurant in the same parking lot.
