When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

The room is very nice, with a kitchen, complete supporting facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets, close to the scenic area, and the environment is great, but the price is also "not great", and is higher on weekends. This time I booked through Ctrip, and the room rate was ridiculously higher. As a result, my children criticized me and just asked why I didn’t book on Booking. (See attached picture for comparison)

Best place to stay when visiting Zion N.P. Adam at the front desk was exceptional. Good shopping, pub and restaurants nearby. Best feature: 100 yards to the Zion N.P. shuttle. No place better in all of Springdale.

We were going to stay in Kanab or St. George but got worried about all the driving. We are so glad we opted for Cable Mountain Lodge instead. The location was amazing. After a very hot day in the park, it was awesome to have a very short drive and quickly hop in the pool. The view cannot be beat. The 1 bedroom wall bed suite was perfect for our family of 5 and was spotlessly clean. We picked up food at the convenience store there and grilled on the available grills. The kids played near the stream and my son and I walked back to the park to stargaze after dark. For us, this was a bit of a splurge but very worth it and a great way to end our trip!

Convenient location to everything including Zion. Rooms are clean, spacious and very accommodating. Pool and hot tub equally clean. Amazing reviews from every angle of hotel. Especially friendly staff. We would definitely return. If we had one suggestion, it would be king size bed options. We have a king at home and are used to the space.

Very nice hotel great location just a few steps from the park entrance. Rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities sitting area. Clean and modern. Grounds are well kept and there and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the small pool. Otherwise I definitely recommend.

Wow! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location was incredible - right outside Zion National Park so the hotel is surrounded by the huge mountain formations. There is wildlife all around the hotel grounds that were fascinating to watch. Such a relaxing vibe there. There is a supermarket, restaurant, clothes/gift shop and a coffee shop all on site. I had one of the nicest vegan burgers at the restaurant and the coffee shop was amazing - lots of different breakfast options, drinks and cookies etc! The staff at the reception desk were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. One amazing thing to note about this hotel - I suffer with leg/joint pain and so use a hot water bottle in bed some evenings. When we checked out of the hotel and drove all the way to our next location Las Vegas, I didn’t realise I had left my hot water bottle in the bed. Anyway, the hotel rang us to tell us and as we were pretty far away already, they agreed to send it (free of charge!) to our next hotel where we’d be staying for 4 days! AMAZING SERVICE.

Cable Mountain Lodge in Zion exceeded our expectations. I notified the staff before check-in that it was our 43rd anniversary, and they went all out with swan towels, rose petals and chocolate. We were also beyond fortunate with the location of our luxury suite - nobody below, uninterrupted mountain view, and right next to the pool/jacuzzi, both of which we used. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff friendly, and Perks coffee was great. Being right at the park shuttle entrance was the cherry on the top.
