Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Wonderful visit to Zion
We have a great first visit to Zion National Park. Our accommodations were great for 4 adults. Comfy bed, soft sheets and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen supplied necessary dishes and cookware. The host also supplied a full spice rack. We enjoyed morning coffee on a balcony facing the red rock of Zion. Getting into the park was a block away and shuttle busses into the park are timely. This VRBO is centrally located in Springdale. Many delicious places to eat including Memes Cafe and the Whiplash Grill. There is a grocery store across the street as well. I will recommend this stay to friends and family!

Perfect Zion NP rental
Location, Location, Location!! Less thank 5 minute drive to the visitor Center. Fabulous view of Zion from the upper deck- which we enjoyed every evening.
Great Cooking Kitchen with great cookware and new appliances.
The entire place was spotless upon arrival, and we loved that each bedroom had an en-suite. Plenty of comfortable seating for 4 adults.
One block to the best grocery store in town as well as to the main road where all the cute shops were.
We would definitely rent this place again!

Wonderful stay!
We stayed here for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was exactly as represented . It was neat, clean and everything looked new. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops and catch the Zion shuttle. Our communication with the owner was excellent.

Favorite place we stayed during a week of traveling Utah
Spectacular location, views and proximity to Zion National ParK. The town of Springdale is adorable with great restaurants, all within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle. Condo is right next to a grocery store and it had every amenity we could have needed. Beds were super comfortable! We loved our stay!

Excellent stay, view from balcony was amazing!
Pretty much everything went great, suggest separate wifi for each unit, sharing with neighbors was less than ideal . Also on 2nd day could smell cigarette smoke, apparently coming from #4. Thanks, Gary, Roschell, and Chelsea

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location
My husband and I stayed at this new condo in Springdale for 4 nights while visiting Zion NP and other places in the area. It was immaculately clean, had a well appointed kitchen, and had comfortable beds and furniture. The walk in shower in the main bedroom was especially appreciated. It was perfectly located in Springdale so we could walk to restaurants and stores. There was also a Zion shuttle stop two minutes from the condo. We very highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Zion National Park area.
