I went to the residence inn Marriott in Houston I soon as I walked in the man in the front his name was Jorge super disrespectful, and unprofessional to me and my wife. I didn’t even feel safe to spend the night in the hotel I payed for .I would steer clear from this Marriott if I could I would leave 0 stars Jorge needs to be retrained or let go bc what happened to me and my family yesterday was very scary I had to pay for another Uber to go to another Marriott so don’t waste your time and money here like I did

Tonya at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable. She truly showed that customer service is an attitude not just a job. Very impressed with the service, the amenities and location. Tonya made it feel welcoming and was so professional even while multi tasking. She truly cares and is a great example of Texas Hospitality. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just wow! Outstanding job. I may have to switch from Hilton after all.

What a lovely staycation in TX! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. To begin, the front desk staff was amazing! I spoke first with Mya and she was very professional, very responsive, and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was amazing! I also spoke and/or was helped by Misha (mgr), Ahmad, and Tashia, all who were very helpful and pleasant. Olivia who took care of our breakfast was amazing as well! She took great care of preparing the breakfast items and taking care of the breakfast buffet and breakfast sitting area. We loved the egg muffins and toppings for the oatmeal, especially! All of the staff seemed to really enjoying their job and represented the Marriott brand well! Housekeeping did a great job as well and was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very nice and lovely. Everything was clean, fresh and very modern. The room was well taken care of and made our stay feel very nice. The decor was lovely. There was some dust on the tv stand shelf in the living room, and a noticeable spot in the carpet in the living room, but, overall, the room was very clean and nice. The gym was small but clean and the equipment worked well. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within 6-7 minute drive. Oh, we really enjoyed sitting outside around the firepit and overlooking the pool area. The entire property is nice and lined with trees. The Courtyard is right next door. We would definitely return for another visit! fyi, 5 star if it was a full service hotel!

I've stayed here a couple of times for client meetings. It's welcoming, immaculate, and the staff is very nice and friendly. It's also nice that there's a CVS next door, in case you need anything at the last minute. Highly recommend and will be back!!

Whenever I visit North Houston for doctors’ visits, this hotel is where I choose to stay.....easy and ample parking spaces, friendly and helpful staff, great “little apartment” rooms and excellent walking areas right out of the front door 🙏💕

This hotel is very average. Furniture is particle board cheap, pillows are flat, property looks aged with wall cracks and dirty grout. Instead of installing two TV’s they put one that turns from one direction to another.

Our stay was actually pretty good, it was clean and breakfast is great. Not until we checked out in the morning, when we turn on our vehicle the engine is emitting very loud noise. We realized that our catalytic converter was stolen sometime that night and a Bentley sports car window was broken into. Later we knew that there were no cameras available outside only inside the building. My question is why?! This is a nice hotel with no cameras?! And we were parked at the front of the hotel. The police even went to the neighboring Courtyard Inn but no luck. Frustrated and a big let down from a Marriott brand.
