No towels, shampoo or soap in the room. No hair dryer. The phone in the room didn't work.
I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to get an extra towel.
I told the front desk person about the phone. She never did anything about it.
The breakfast was greasy.
I was giving La Quinta a chance. Never again!

Upon arriving, the staff was very rude and acted like they did not care about anything or anyone they were just mostly sitting on their phone the whole time. There was a spilt breakfast plate in the stairwell and it was there for two days until somebody finally cleaned it up after a complaint, the room was dirty and smelt bad. The breakfast food was stale.

No on-site housekeeping meant no towels. No maintenance to deal with clogged toilet for last night of stay. Overflowing trash and garbage bins .

The dirtiest hotel I'v ever been. The floor was stiky. The fire alarm coverd with a plastic bag and tape. Smelled like wheed. The carpet was digutingly cover with dirt.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 7 days after a hurricane. The property was fairly clean considering the circumstances and the hotel being at capacity. My main concern was regarding booking ans billing discrepancies.

By far the worst service and inconsiderate staff I have encountered in a very long time! DO not trust them at face value. Integrity and thoughtfulness are not words i would EVER use for this staff! Left us high dry and did not lift a finger to help us get out the jam they put us in!!!! If you want security of a room book another LaQuinta Hotel fot that!

My family and I enjoyed our stay clean beds, clean room soft beds. The staff was so helpful and nice. Great location right off the freeway for fast access and to places to eat right around the corner.

Staff was so friendly from our arrival to us leaving. (Sandra) is the one that helped us out! Awesome customer service, room clean & they were very accommodating. 10/10 recommend!!! This hotel will be one of our go tos from now on!
