Amazing hotel, great location, lots of restaurants near by. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Hotel was immaculate! Would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.

the front desk lady made me vaccate the property because I was waiting for payment to get from my insurance company Humana gold then she told me that I can not get my property it was 200 dollars worth of pre made entry for me that I had ordered from my insurance company Humana and also I needed my oxygen tank and she said it wasn't there and she treated to call the police department and I was not welcomed at the motel I'm humiliatioed she talked to me like I was a bum and I was not doing anything except looking for things oo my tablet

Brought my wife to see the Mermaids at Weeki Wachee and she. Lected te Microtel inn & suites. We stayed in a queen suite so we would have the refrigator and microwave. It also has a small sink. Was very surprised how large the room is and the bathroom was large enough to move around in. Checking in was easy, the breakfast was quite good and the location was easy to get around. We really enjoyed our two night stay at this location

Robbie was working the front at night and she was dynamite! My room had a problem and she immediately rerouted me into a better room, totally hassle free. She was also there when I woke up, running the breakfast buffet. I travel to Spring Hill a few times a year and I’m a Microtel customer for life. Someone give Robbie a raise!

Absolutely the worst host hotel stay I have ever had in decades. Early evening my air conditioning stopped cooling the room. I told the front desk who told me he would look into it. His name was LEM. When I returned, he had clearly entered the room, turned off the television, which I leave on for security and turned UP the thermostat. When I went down to question this, he actually told me he thought this would make it start cooling. I guess magically . No assistance other than to change rooms at 10 pm at night only to check out in the morning. No maintenance no manager no help whatsoever, he told me to talk with a manager in the morning, more nonsensical information. Find any other hotel besides this one. A nightmare.
