First time visit. Overall it was good, no complaints. Had dinner next door (show you hotel room key for a 10% discount), and it was good. Hotel was clean, but it is showing some age on it, but no issues at all. Complimentary breakfast is small and limited so I opted to try a local place nearby instead for breakfast (BB's Cafe). For a night, a pleasant stay. Straight forward accommodations.

The facility and amenities are fantastic, very clean. But we rented a room for family visiting, only to find out afterwards that they don't rent to people that are local???? We had to get the associate at the front desk to call the manager to get it approved. So be aware of this if you are making reservations through a third-party booking site.

Overall we had an excellent experience at the hotel, minus the barking dogs in the early morning hours and what sounded like 3-4 people congregating right outside of our room at around 8am, seemingly with no courtesy that others may still be sleeping. This is no fault of the hotel, it was just frustrating as someone who works late and sleeps in.
The staff was lovely and accommodating, the rooms were clean and well stocked, and the private theater was such a fun experience. Would definitely stay again.

Request to check in early. They wanted to charge me $15 so I didn’t. The from was ready but the charge still would be charged due to their policy. So I went to lunch and returned at 3pm and still got same room.
