Il Panciolle is a 2-star hotel, with also a restaurant, located in an excellent position, very close to Spoleto's Cathedral square. The room we were given for our 2-night staying, Mimosa, was unexpectedly large for such hotel category, but unfortunately the positive remarks for Il Panciolle end here: the level of cleanliness of the room was rather poor, with large humidity spots on the ceiling, with pieces of painting falling on the floor, the main light in the room broke and was not fixed notwithstanding we promptly reported it. Moreover the room was not cleaned on our second day, although it must be said that, because of such shortcoming, the hotel offered a 12.5% discount at check out. Breakfast was basic but served on a very nice terrace overlooking the hills around Spoleto. All in all, our staying was not satisfactory and would not recommend it.

In una Spoleto deserta e quindi ancora più meravigliosa del solito abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Location tipica e quindi accogliente con il vantaggio di essere estremamente vicino al duomo. Menu tipico che però essendo a pranzo e dovendo fare ancora diversi chilometri non abbiamo potuto provare a fondo. Ottimi i primi e buono il tartufo. Carta dei vini adeguata e rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto. Da considerare se ci si trova a Spoleto a passeggio attorno al duomo.

Il ristorante, con annesso albergo, si trova in posizione molto comoda e centrale a pochi metri dal Duomo e da tutto ciò che offre Spoleto; propone cucina tipica umbra, primeggiano gli arrosti (preparati in un grande camino/griglia in bella vista al centro della sala ristorante), naturalmente non mancano i formaggi ed i salumi umbri con abbondanza di porcini e tartufo. Da segnalare uno splendido belvedere (dove si può anche pranzare) con splendido panorama su Spoleto. Ho trovato prezzi onesti ( e non è poco), un servizio rapido e buona pulizia (anche dei servizi igienici). La preparazione delle portate non ha soddisfatto in pieno ed ha leggermente deluso le mie aspettative ma, in conclusione, il mio giudizio resta positivo.

Serata di sabato 14 ottobre da dimenticare, un pseudo cantante infastidisce in sala dove ci rinchiudono in 20 metri quadrati 30 persone , il nostro tavolo era da 10 , per una grigliata aspettiamo dalle 20.10 alle 22.30 , solo salsiccia era buona , il resto da dimenticare , davanti alla cassa notiamo una cucina molto alla buona (per pulizia ) ! Evitare il cantante , scarsissimo è fastidioso

Spoleto di per se è bellissima, una città magica da scoprire, uno degli angoli nascosti da scoprire è il giardino/terrazza del Panciolle. Malgrado il caldo torrido ci siamo goduto il panorama. Servizio buono e cibo molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato soltanto i primi...molto buoni poi abbiamo concluso con il sagrantino e cantuccini. Buono anche il vino bianco della casa.

Posto accogliente e personale molto gentile ma la camera in cui eravamo noi si può utilizzare solo in inverno, quando si dorme con le finestre chiuse con il condizionatore spento, troppo ma troppo rumoroso e troppo rumore anche dalla strada la mattina presto. Inoltre il bagno sempre allagato. Il ristorante è molto buono. La colazione la mattina è inesistente.

Posto carino e fresco d'estate, fuori al giardino. Caldo d'inverno col camino dove si arrossisce carne. Piatto forte appunto il barbecue, con varie carni. Saporite. Primi rispettosi. Antipasti di routine. Poca varietà ma una volta di passaggio val la pena. Ha anche hotel di fianco.

Trovato tramite The fork e quindi con sconto del 30%, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo prenotato per due, purtroppo i proprietari non riuscivano a trovare la prenotazione ma sono comunque riusciti a risolvere in breve tempo. La terrazza esterna è meravigliosa e piacevolissima. Il clima è molto semplice, i piatti buoni, è un po’ come stare nel cortile della propria osteria di fiducia! Ritorneremo sicuramente! Plus per la presenza di opzioni per vegani (ottime tagliatelle al tartufo).

Buonasera, io non saprei veramente da dove iniziare , pulizia 0 molto sporcò , lenzuola con i capelli ,TV rotta , muri della camera nero di muffa addirittura anche 2 zanzare morte con tutto il sangue ,ho trovato solo una cosa decente il panorama dalla camera , praticamente e meglio dormire in macchina ragazzi . I camerieri sono molto educati e gentili , invece il ristorante dai si può venire ha mangiare dai la grigliata e dente i primi pure ,.ma non ci dormite hahhahahahahah Ve lo sconsiglio
