Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley

Clean & quiet. Friendly staff. The room was really quite nice. Breakfast was delish….lots of choices! ( biscuits & gravy, pancakes, cereal). Absolutely no complaints.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Upon arrival, we waited over 20 min to check in as there was a long line waiting to pay with cash and check in. Once checked in, we were then directed the back building where our room was. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed that there was a thin glass window on our main door, which immediately made me feel unsafe, as the hotel was located in a very sketchy neighborhood. Immediately walking in, we noticed the room was VERY dirty and in pretty rough shape. There were holes in the doors from being punched, the fridge was dented from being hit and was very dirty inside. The blinds on the windows were broken, which made for little to no privacy from the parking lot. We checked the beds and noticed that they didn’t look the greatest, but hoped we might be able to make it work for the night as it was 10:30 pm and we had been travelling with 4 kids all day. As we started getting things figured out, we noticed the couch was very stained and dirty and was missing sheets when we pulled out the bed. I went to the front to request an extra set of sheet and after staring to make the bed I noticed the sheets were very dirty and stained yellow and smelled of urine. I had also asked for an extra sheet to attempt to hang over the bedroom window so we could sleep, however by that point I couldn’t handle anymore and my kids were in complete distress. There was chunks of hair and dirt in the shower and a very strong smell of **** coming in the door from the hallway. We immediately packed up and requested our money back as there was no way we could stay there. It is not clean or safe enough for children to be in there. The scariest part of all was there was a temporary board covering part of the closet and obvious foot traffic coming from it. That was the final straw as we didn’t know what it was being used for, but it was something that nightmares are made of. How this business operates as a Ramada, blows my mind. I’ve never experienced a Ramada this gross. The gentleman who was working the front was very kind and for that I’m thankful. I know this wasn’t his fault, however whoever owns this building should be ashamed. My son took a few photos and I wish I had more to show how horrible this room was.

understaffed so you'll have to clean and tidy your own room if you are there for multiple nights. wear shoes after you get out of the shower or the bottom of your feet will get darkened from the carpet. make sure there is a spare roll of TP before you turn in for the night!

My stay was great. Room was super clean, the lobby was welcoming. Many restaurants to eat nearby. The breakfast was good. I will recommend to others

The location was convenient nearby downtown but not too close and the strong reviews—and I’m happy to say it lived up to expectations. Everything was well maintained and clearly cared for. My room was spotless and came with a generously sized fridge. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.

If you need a hotel for an overnight stay, it's a safe and clean place. Kanya is a very attentive and professional person. The room was clean enough for one night. The internet wasn't very good. The breakfast had good items to start the day.
