Hotel beautiful and clean. Service was Excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Pool and hot tub awesome. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable at all. We tossed and turned most of the night with aches and pains next day. Three nights left us very sore after our trip.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Soft, comfortable beds with good pillows. I stayed in an extended stay suite so it had a kitchenette which included anything you could need. Very clean hotel and top notch staff. Will definitely book again at any of their locations. I’m thankful I found this hotel while on a cross country move - I was able to recharge and slept like a baby. The front desk was incredibly accommodating in booking a room without a reservation given how busy it was. Truly appreciated!

I absolutely love this hotel and the quality of staff, quality of service, amenities and cleanliness! The day manager Cynthia Maxwell and her #1 Kanisha Evje were outstanding! They were so accommodating being that I had to check out early from a horrendous Ramada Inn! I have stayed for a few days to visit my family and will check out tomorrow but will be checking back in on September 10 thru the 13th on my way home to Honolulu! The hotel was very clean, had nice amenities, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The shower water pressure was good. Front Desk working the late night shift, was very pleasant and friendly. They provided excellent customer service. We would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. I worked three of the days from our room. The WiFi was great. The room was clean and when we asked for room service they came when it was convent for us and my work schedule that day. The continental breakfast was by far my favorite part of our stay, the food was amazing. The fresh baked cookies and happy hour was an added bonus. We swam in the heated pool with my niece and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great stay and I would highly recommended it for a family or even a gateway destination.

The room was very clean and the front desk was good. Breakfast is an ordinary Western breakfast, good value for money, Holiday Inn chain hotels are not bad, working class preferred, compared, Ctrip is cheaper than booking, and also consulted with the front desk, through the official website member price generally 10% discount, but still cheaper through third-party platform 😊
