Clean and roomy apartment, could use floor work
We found this to be a convenient, comfortable place to stay during a recent weekend in Spokane. Our unit had two bedrooms (queen and twin bunk), both of which had ample room, as well as a living room and full kitchen.
Our only gripe would be the conditions of the floor. In our downstairs unit, the floor was uneven, leading to small "hills". More annoying was that the upstairs floor creaked anytime someone in that apartment walked around.
Overall, however, the location near downtown was convenient, and the ability to spread out and cook (relative to a hotel room) made this a nice place to stay.

A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus.

We travel a lot for work. I have stayed in more different types of lodging than I can remember. I have kept a note book of places that I really liked or disliked. Over 15 years and staying at hundreds of places, I only have 12 likes and 45 dislikes, the rest were all the same. Point is this Maple Leaf place will make #13 liked. When traveling I just want to be comfortable and not stick out like a traveler or tourist. Maple Leaf had most everything I needed plus I really felt at home. Good Job to the Spokane Corporate Housing the company who manages this property. Your manager Jerry was easy to work with

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I really enjoyed staying here. The three bedroom unit is surprisingly large. It sleeps 6 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for groceries, the bathroom is really nice, it has two AC units, a full size washer and dryer, and a BIG deck with table and chairs. Oh and they're pet friendly. Management was responsive and checked in a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only downside is that W. Dean is a fairly busy road so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't change my overall SUPER rad experience here.
