Check in clerk was amazing.. but
Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk
Beautiful hotel and location is amazing
Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side
Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work
Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening.
Conflicted if I would ever stay here again.
Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early for a $25 fee. Which was great. Disappointed that it costs $50 to use the pool during this time. That’s just my opinion, it is stated on the website. So we weren’t surprised. But just a huge charge for a pool. Our room did have a lot of river gnat, as the front desk called it and lady bugs. They sprayed our room but it didn’t help. Great views. Easy walk to multiple locations. Front desk was amazing.

As a Ctrip Gold Diamond user, I stayed in this hotel for 6 consecutive days, 6 nights, 7 days. And except for the cleaning on the first day, on the second, third, and fourth days, I notified the front desk three times that I needed house cleaning, but they didn't come, didn't replenish the water, didn't change the sheets, and didn't make up for me. And until now, when I checked out today, on November 2, no one came. So I really hate this hotel, and its mattress, of course this is a personal subjective reason, I feel that it is very uncomfortable to sleep.

The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center, which made exploring the area very easy. You can also tell the property is an older hotel that has been renovated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. I noticed hair from previous guests on the floor and in the bed sheets, which also had visible stains. It seemed the room had not been vacuumed thoroughly. During my stay, I also came across a few bugs on the bed, bathroom counter, and walls, which was unsettling. Additionally, the window looking outside was very dirty, which detracted from the overall feel of the room. I believe this property has potential, but more attention to detail with cleaning and maintenance is definitely needed. A cleaner, more well-kept room would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Tawnee is the manager of the hotel and they are very lucky to have her! Such great energy and she went above and beyond to be helpful. I told her a button on my shirt fell off and without even thinking about it she said she could do it. She pulled out a needle and thread and masterfully sewed the button back on while telling me she didn’t really know what she was doing. They should teach this level of service in hospitality training. Well done! The kitchen also made a great off the menu meal and they were very nice about it.

The location was excellent as you could walk right out into Riverfront Park and downtown. Although we didn't get to use the pool we would definitely come back for both the location and pool. We also appreciated the free parking on site.

The room was super comfortable and the staff were amazing. Tawnee at reception helped me a ton. And Kaylee the evening bartender was very nice. I travel quite a bit for work, and the staff here really stood out.
