Rooms are being renovated at this hotel where I am staying. I complained to Reception about noise above my room and was told that they could do nothing until 10:30 pm when it is "Quiet Time". What a joke - this is no way to run a hotel. I was also woken up by work in the room above mine at 3:30 am this morning. Am leaving tomorrow.

I called for a shuttle, waited 30 minutes and called again. It was like the first call never happened. Took about an hour to get from the airport to the hotel, most of that time spent standing outside the airport waiting in the cold and wind for a shuttle that wasn’t coming. I’m disabled, and have used their park and fly service gratefully, but felt quite disrespected by the people at the front desk

Our room at Hilton Garden Inn in Spokane was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were picked up at the airport by the Garden Inn shuttle. We were able to check in early and get some much needed relax time before dinner. Although not complimentary, their breakfast was very good.

Very nice, clean, well run hotel. My room was large and well insulated. Although the hotel was crowded, I heard no noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. There is construction going on around the restaurant/bar area, but both are still open. Server in the restaurant was terrific; friendly, helpful and efficient. The only negative in my whole stay I guess would be the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport. Although he was there right away after we called, he drove through at least two stops signs without stopping on the way to the hotel; the banging we heard from the rear of the shuttle was our luggage shifting from side to side on his accelerations and turns.

Had travelled all day from Vancouver bc..10 hours..WHY,..because there is nothing after Leavenworth WA..(a nice place to stop) and we did but the room prices were outrageous..so we ventured ahead looking in every town we went thru to find a place,, there are some but very suspect.so on we drove arriving here ,luckily we got a room! Very nice spot,looks like it is used extensively by the armed forces..rooms are clean,BUT no rooms that haven’t had an animal in it,consequently the allergy kicked in on the wife,and sneezed for a considerable time,a little construction going on in the lobby area but not a problem,at least the rate was reasonable.

We stayed in 3 rooms at the beginning of a trip across the border after landing at the airport late at night. The hotel is ideally located and our check in was easy and the front desk clerk pleasant. The rooms were simple and clean and the bathrooms well appointed. Most importantly the hotel was very quiet. We slept well and started our day with nice hot breakfast at the hotel. Although on the expensive side, it beat the usual tired hotel buffet fare. Great coffee and friendly staff. Nice place to stay.

Husband and I stayed one night after flying into Spokane, and again before flying out. Took advantage of Hilton app digital key, so check in was seamless. Location was great, airport shuttle was great, room and hotel were clean. We chose a rate that included breakfast and were so glad we did. Excellent breakfast, the best of any hotel on our 10 day trip. Completely satisfied and would stay again.

My stay here was excellent. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My room was specious and clean. I had breakfast and I also ordered a sandwich for lunch to go. Food was really good. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed last night while getting into Spokane late. My room was clean. I went straight to my room and left fairly early the next morning, so I didn’t interact with anyone, nor did I have a chance to utilize the restaurant. The reason for the three star rating is due to sleep quality. The bed was very hard, to the point of waking up with shoulder pain in the morning. The floor above sounded hollow. I could hear the person above me walking back and forth starting at 4am. It was brutal. Although the air conditioner was nice and cold, it was quite noisy cycling on and off. I will say the pillow choices were really nice and offered several different options.
