The hotel is nice, but the most unsatisfactory thing is that I booked these two rooms on Ctrip.com, and the hotel actually charged an additional booking fee of more than 20 yuan for each room. This is the first time I have encountered this when booking a hotel online. With this calculation, booking this hotel on Ctrip.com is more expensive than booking on the spot, and you need to pay in advance, and it is not refundable.

Outstanding accommodations! What luxury hotels are supposed to be like. The room was well equipped, clean and spacious. Service was also excellent. As a guest at the tower, you may also take advantage of the amenities (spa) offered at the sister hotels.

This is a review of The Emporium. We actually stayed across the street at The Louie, Davenport but our stay included a complimentary pastry and coffee at The Emporium. Nice spot for coffee. We loved that it opened early so we could grab our breakfast and head out of town early. The gifts available were very nice as well.

siamo arrivati a spokane nel primo pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta essendo check in alle 16:00. abbiamo potuto comunque già parcheggiare auto ( abbiamo usufruito del servizio Valet) così da fare un giro in centro . al rientro la camera ci è stata assegnata , molto carina con una doccia grandissima e situata in zona molto silenziosa al 15piano . perosbale molto gentile e disponibile, anche il servizio colazione buono e vario .

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location—but what truly stood out was the thoughtful service we received from Carls. He made sure our early check-in was arranged smoothly, which made a huge difference for us after a long morning of travel. His attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed—we felt genuinely cared for and supported before we even stepped through the doors. Thanks to Carls and the rest of the team, we were able to settle in quickly and focus on our event feeling refreshed and ready. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice central location. Had excellent service from Braxton at the front desk and Sutton in the restaurant at breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised as I was upgraded from a regular king room to one of the corner suites. Will definitely stay here again should I return to Spokane.

We got there about 2 hours early and was told there were rooms available but in order to check in early it would be an additional 25dollars. I thought that was bizarre if they have rooms available and we have stayed there several times in the past.
