DO NOT RECOMMEND! I booked this stay in December and 4 days before I was to stay, I informed them that I would not be able to make it as I could not enter Croatia due to visa issues. This is only 1 day over the free cancellation period and I requested them to refund my money on decency grounds or provide a solution that works. Not only Ivo Tomic from the hotel refused to help, was curt and cited policy, and upon saying that I will share the feedback - claimed I was blackmailing them. The hotels that I had booked prior to split refunded my money even though I had to cancel on the same day. They were so cooperative and understood the unique situation we were in. So don’t expect anything from this team if you face any unforeseen issues, they will cut you off and treat you poorly and accuse you of blackmailing. Policy is one thing, but respect and empathy is common sense.
