Palms Promenade Luxury Rooms

Perfect Location Modern-and spotless room in the perfect location. Actually in the middle of everything! Shout out to our host Karlo, thanka for all your help

Perfect location! We didn’t realize this room was in an old building without an elevator, so we had to carry our 50lbs suitcase up five flights. Also, there isn’t any turn down service - no one cleans the room and if you need clean towels you have to text the owners. The owners are very responsive on WhatsApp though and got us what we needed. The bathroom is very small and there isn’t enough counter space. The room is spacious for two people and two suitcases. The property is right on the main ***** you have access to everything. I’d stay here again!

The Appartement is extremely beautiful! I love the interiors and the location. Also the check in was very easy. What I really did not like is that our host (we were a group of six girls) told us we could text him whenever we needed something. So we only had five pillows instead of six. But we were six people, one of us had to sleep without a pillow. I told the host and he basically ignored me. He said he would do something about it but never did. So one of the girls simply had no pillow but that‘s basic in my opinion. That is not acceptable. Also we had no warm water to shower, it was always cold. I can recommend the Appartement when it comes to location BUT the Service was simply terrible.

This is a hotel that I would most definitely return to on my next visit to Split. The room had the most beautiful view in an amazing location, with the Adriatic Sea in front of the room, and the old city behind it. It is a close walk to the catamaran. This location does come with a price though. Being in the heart of everything means there will be noise. But that noise is nonexistent when you close the window. I am from Jersey, so I left the window open. The room is also in the third floor, but I personally didn't feel climbing the steps was that bad. If you are planning to visit Croatia plan to walk a lot and climb many steps. In Dubrovnik, I totaled 28,000 steps and 99 floors. Besides these two issues, the room is very clean and very beautiful. The bathroom was very clean and good size. My recommendation bring your shampoo and conditional, and extra body wash (as I normally do when I am not staying in a hotel). They definitely came in handy.

The staff was great and met us with a key when we arrived then carried my bag to the room. Everything was very clean and the bed was very spacious which can be hard to find in Europe. We actually switched rooms mid-stay because we weren't able to book the sea view room for the entire time. The staff was very accommodating and got the new room ready quickly and transfered our things. The bathroom in the sea view room is much smaller than the room without a view. Just a stand up shower, sink and toilet compared to double sinks, a shower, bath, toilet and a little more room to walk around. One thing that was fine for us but not made clear is these rooms require a 3 to 4 floor walk up. Also, an extra pillow would have been nice. The only coffee provided is instant coffee. If that's not ideal you'll have to go out but depending on how early (we had a tour to catch at 7) coffee shops won't be open. Last, cleaning and towel service does not happen throughout your stay. If you're messy or need things changed this might not be for you. Overall we found it clean, cozy, and a great location that was very well sounds proofed from the busy promenade.
