lovely daughter and the beautiful clean and safe property! Nevenka is so personable and the property so inviting. She was so helpful with directions to return our car to the airport and getting our luggage in from the car. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing place close to everything, cleaned the room s are very good but the thing that makes it so different and stands out is the landlady (Nevenka) she was amazing always giving tips where to go and places to eat also when we needs help with the bags she was right there to help 😀

A wonderful place to stay. Great location with easy walking access to all major attractions in the old town, also close to viewpoint at marjan park with some lovely areas to walk around.
The host Nevanka was incredibly helpful providing a map and plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to see.
Is also a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Ace room & facilities, vgood location, recommended
This is a lovely place to stay in Split. The owner was friendly and after a quick Split intro then let us just have our space. The room was clean, a perfect size and had the kind of shower you normally only dream about and nevwr get while on holiday. A nice terrace too 😀
