Iltaisin ulkoterassilla livemusiikkia. Hieronta olis myös erittäin rentouttava ja hyvä. 😊

I haven't been there inside, but they blocked path to the beach and put some rocks and they called it path but it is not a path to the beach. Disable citizens and parents with children cannot use that path. I wonder if you can do that in Germany. Croatia is in European Union and we are civilised country so please make normal path to the beach.

After enjoying several stays at Berulia, we decided to try something new this year and booked Jadran. It was an excellent choice. The hotel absolutely met our expectations. The food was outstanding. We loved the concept of ordering main fish/meat courses à la minute, ensuring fresh and tasty dishes every time. We really appreciated the hotel’s efforts to reduce food waste, which were implemented on several levels. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The pool area was peaceful and not too crowded. The nearby beach was stunning, typical of the Makarska Riviera. We enjoyed the hotel's terrace for evening drinks with great views. The hotel's slightly secluded location away from the bustling town of Tucepi contributed to its tranquil atmosphere. We also appreciated the less crowded beach in this area. My only complaint was the gym with an apparent air-conditioning malfunction which made it quite difficult to work out. The equipment was also in need of maintenance. Despite reporting the AC issue, it wasn't really resolved. Overall, our stay at Jadran was fantastic. The hotel's rich history combined with its modern amenities created a memorable experience. We thoroughly relaxed and would happily return. The spacious, clean room was an added bonus.

We have been before and there are a few changes. The beach is now a public beach and this has affected the pool area. Folks going and reserving their sunbed very early (so annoying when they don’t even use it until 4pm) this was not how it was last year. The hotel has changed from a Tui to a blue sun and there are definite changes, There are some staff that are still there which is great as they understand the standard and new ones that cannot even crack a smile. We had a sea view this time which was absolutely stunning, you cannot compete with this view! We went half board and yes you have to change it up as it can be repetitive we have to say the food was good quality each night. Yes the drinks are expensive, it was very hot and water should have been a given not charged. I would be happy with tap water. The breakfast is very good and the bakery is exceptional. Previously it was more adults only, this time there was a lot of children and dogs, this was not what I was expecting. Small things like ice machines in the corridors were not working and it was not just on one floor, they were not fixed over a 2week period. A sea side room is not on the side of the hotel it has an amazing view of the sea, well worth the extra Ok this hotel is good and has a good vibe, I was expecting the same standard as last year and I am sorry it did not live up to it.

We chose to stay in the Jadran after 10 days of touring Croatia. It was pure heaven - the pools were spotless and the infinity one was to die for. The beach is only on the doorstep. Staff were available (never seen so many cleaners) but not intrusive. We chose half board and the food was really good - however, with buffet, you do get a bit tired of the same style of food. On saying that, our two teenagers ate all around them and really enjoyed the variety. The rooms were very spacious and we got upgraded to a lovely sea view. Fresk towels every day and a lovely comfortable bed. Blinds were blackout so great nights of sleep. There is some nice live music in the evening. There are a range of tours available and I did the skywalk jeep one - great fun and an excellent afternoon. Two small complaints - you had to pay for water at dinner - €4.50 per bottle !! We could easily drink 3 at one sitting. In 35+ degrees heat outside, this seems a ludicrous policy, especially as water is free at breakfast and from the bar during the day. I don't think this is good enough for a 5-star hotel. Similarly, there is no coffee/tea for after dinner to go with dessert. Again, this is supplied at breakfast. I think this should have been available to guests. Tucepi is a quiet area of Croatia which suited us. We didn't really try the local nightlife as we were on a deliberate relaxing period of the holiday but there were plenty of bars - we had some lovely cocktails in the evening. I don't think its a place for great nightlife though. Markeska seems to be much more lively. I am not sure I could do 2 weeks of doing very little but I highly recommend this hotel for a few days of luxurious relaxation.

If you're looking for a 5 star experience, I'd advise you to choose another hotel in Croatia. This hotel probably ticks all the boxes to be 5 stars: 3 pools A small gym area Shower gel and shampoo in one Air conditioning Pool towels Clean floor Beautifully pumped in spa smell into the entrance Great (if a little to uniform) decor Great choice of fresh, healthy food. However.... the staff seem really miserable. We've stayed in 4 other places over the last two weeks, and the Croatians have been genuinely wonderful. I'm really happy, kind, helpful, and I've felt so welcome. But sadly, this hotel is far from that. At breakfast, I commented on how wonderful the orange juice was and the person making it said 'not really'. The cooking staff are miserable and not very well practised or practicle at cooking scrambled eggs or ordered omelette etc. The guy cooking the steak at dinner time was awful. People ordered, stood back (in an orderly line- as you do!) And he then served random 'bulshy' customers who had not ordered (fine maybe), but then when those who had ordered asked for 'theirs' - he challenged them aggressively 'have you ordered'.....I could go on, lots of situations like this. It really feels as though the management isn't making this s wonderful place to work, and it could really be great. The table tennis table 'someone walked off with the bats two weeks ago'.... we asked if they could purchase new bays from the Intersport that is next door.... we shouldn't have to suggest this. They haven't. The evening live music would be more suitable for age 60-70 older in their ways folk. They would be better to cater to the young families and under 50's with piped ibiza type lounge music. The singers aren't good so they are singing to a very small crowd. The bar area and having to purchase drinks (even tap water for kids) would be OK, if the waiting staff were attentive. At dinner, you have to almost wait until you're eating your main course before they have time. Then they deliver the drinks and plonk them on the table - in a 5 star hotel, I would expect them to pour the drinks and perhaps wrap the cold bottles in a napkin to stop them dripping. At the evening bar, we were rudely 'told' not asked to move the drinks from the bar because it was the place for them to make the cocktails. The water had placed them there. We were the old customers sitting at the bar?!?! She could have asked nicely and offered to get a table to place the drinks on! Small things, but you expect from a 5-star hotel and which we've noticed in 3-4 star hotels. The sunbeds on the beach no longer belong to the hotel. They cost 15 Euro each per day. The sunbeds by the pools aren't enough for all the guests and aren't managed by staff, so they are 'reserved' by people all day.... turning up, only at 3 pm! The clientele are 80% overweight and uninspiring. 20% of people look after themselves and dress for dinner. Sadly, it lacks finesse, which cou
