Wir sind bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen und werden immer wieder kommen. Das Personal ist so großartig, immer zuvorkommend, höflich, nett, rundum wird dafür gesorgt, dass man einen wundervollen Urlaub genießen kann.
Der Spa Bereich ist auch mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Rundum gelungen.

Beautiful hotel. Thought of everything! Rooms are nice. Super clean with balconies and Mountain View’s. Small shower rooms but what a treat to have Rituals and Elemis products. With bathrobes and slippers. Spa is rather lovely with a view of the ski resort. Buffet is delicious and bar is so lovely run open fire! Lockers super handy for ski equipment! Loved it! 100%

Wir waren in dem Hotel essen. Leider gibt es dort Tierquälerei. Ein Kaninchen wird in der Hotellobby alleine in einem Käfig gehalten zur Unterhaltung der Gäste. Kaninchen sind Fluchttiere und kriegen Angst bei Lärm und wenn sich Leute nähern. Das passiert dort die ganze Zeit. Es erstarrt ständig vor Angst, weil permanent Leute dort gucken gehen und es laut ist. Das ist absolute Tierquälerei. Es ist weder artgerecht ein Kaninchen alleine zu haltem und erstrecht nicht in einer lauten vollen Hotellobby, wo es permanent leidet. Man sollte sowas nicht unterstützen und das Hotel meiden.

Das Hotel war super. Der Service im Ort mit den Skibussen katastrophal. Unpünktlich und völlig überfüllt. Viel zu wenig Busse in den Hauptanreise- und abreisezeiten.
