Blumare Resort

We went to Albania for the first time and I must admit that it was not without fear, but when we arrived we found a very nice and clean hotel. We got a beautiful room with a view of the sea and the surrounding area, great views from the balcony. A very big advantage of this hotel is the location - when leaving the restaurant, we go straight to the nice and clean swimming pool and after 20 steps, passing the bar, we are on a private beach with a very pleasant descent to the sea. The beach is clean and you can find free sun loungers at any time of the day. The service is nice and helpful (greetings to Fabio and Boss, who complements the dishes) and everything works as it should. I think everything works well there thanks to the Boss - that's what we called him - who constantly supervises everything that's going on. This man knows everything, gives silent orders to employees, will quickly repair the safe in the room and in a moment he will make you a delicious latte. We really liked the Albanian cuisine, maybe a bit monotonous after some time, but you can always eat something good, mussels, crabs, chicken in many forms, beef, lots of fruit and, of course, delicious pizza with olive oil which we ate. If you don't like the noise, thousands of tourists and all-night partying, this is the place for you because the hotel is located in a tiny village and the area is quiet and peaceful. A few steps from the hotel there is a street with bars and shops, as well as women selling their own regional products and wonderful cheeses. A very successful holiday and it would be nice to go back there. We highly recommend this hotel.
