Struttura che meriterebbe di accorgimenti Nonostante la buona volontà dei gestori Si dovrebbe fare di meglio Bar in spiaggia non sempre aperto Spiaggia eccellente Tassa di soggiorno non in linea(3,50 al GG)

Bellissimo luogo pseudo hotel da ristrutturare integralmente stanze a dir poco decadenti con bagni in pessime condizioni e’ dire poco Il tutto in poco più di 10mq Costi esagerati a partire dalla camera 180,00€ per una notte (50/60€ e’ il massimo che possono chiedere) probabilmente le casette mobili nei campeggi sono meglio distribuite; ristorante buono ma anch’esso esagerato per una normalissima cena costo totale in 2 €184.00. Colazione ridicola (in pezzetto minuscolo di crostata e in cornetto vuoto servito al tavolo. In un hotel 4 stelle a pochissima distanza ho pagato il giorno dopo poco più della metà per le stesse cose con servizi(camera,bagno, ristorante e in più piscina) nettamente superiori

Struttura assolutamente da rifare, sicurezza, igiene e pulizia assente. Camere da incubo, non mi dilungo ma non sono riuscita a completare il soggiorno perché disgusta, perdendo molti soldi perché hanno preteso pagamento anticipato. Struttura che se fatta visitare dai NAS. CHIUDE. 😱😱😱😱😱

We 28/29 giugno, arrivo alle ore 9 ma la receptionist mi dice che la camera me la daranno alle 17:30!!! No dico, siamo pazzi? Pulizia buona ma, il bagno non scaricava , pertanto la doccia ce la siamo fatta a rate. Bar con prezzi che neanche a Dubai, ferrarelle da 1lt 4€!!!!

Vista stupenda, ma camera e soprattutto il bagno pessimo, con rubinetteria scarsa e deteriorata, Un vero peccato , da migliorare o ristrutturare sicuramente. Personale disponibile. Prima colazione inclusa sufficiente , ma non a scelta.

Il posto è veramente molto bello, con la spiaggia privata e tutto immerso nella natura. Le camere sono minimali ma abbastanza grandi nonostante io abbia scelto l’economy, il bagno invece lo valuto 1 in una scala da 1 a10. Personale molto cordiale e colazione semplice ma buona. La vista è splendida

la location sarebbe anche notevole (immediatamente sul mare e con la montagna a ridosso) tuttavia la struttura è completamente da ristrutturare, oltre ad essere trasandata, sporca e gestita da persone (ad eccezione della ragazza al ricevimento) sgradevoli sia al bar che alla colazione. alle 18 abbiamo dovuto sollecitare perché la camera non era ancora stata rifatta (non avendo la doccia nemmeno la tenda..) il bagno era un pantano. Sanitari ecc erano completamente incrostati e usurati (vedi foto) e pieni di ragnatele. Il balconino inutilizzabile nemmeno per stendere un asciugamano perché pieno di terra, rami, ecc.. La scusa accampata è che la struttura era stata riaperta quel giorno (weekend lungo del 2 giugno). Sulla spiaggia 1 lettino su 3 aveva il parasole che non stava su. l’aria condizionata in manutenzione. insomma da non ripetere.

Camere anguste e mal tenute. Bagno pietoso neanche da ostello anni 70. Mare bellissimo. Posizione buona. Servizio scadente tranne qualcosa di buono nel factotum che serviva alle colazioni. Colazione basica da educandato.Se potete andate oltre!

A dispetto delle recensioni negative abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura. Location bellissima, direttamente sul mare. Le stanze molto spartane. Abbiamo mangiato meglio, e spendendo meno, di un noto ristorante nel centro di Sperlonga. Pesce fresco
