Worst mistake .. this hotel is horrible. Everything is stuck in the 70s no one is smiling people are not friendly they even forget to give me my passeport back when I left.. the design is horrible and everything look cheap.. the pillows are so flat that I had to stuck 3 to have a descent height ! I was hoping to have a room with view on the see (for the very expensive price) but as you can’t choose on line I end up in the basement with a view on a ugly garden.. the hotel is far from the cute village and the pool is not nice. The worst part is maybe the shower that is either too hot or too cold but never chill.. and it alternate! Plus the shower is so small that you can’t even open the door 🤣! To finish .. the noise.. extremely noisy! No one care! At 8 am you can already hear the cleaning lady screaming on their Walky talky talking load even entering in the door without knocking even if you scream that you are still inside they don’t bother.. nightmare. I won’t mention the breakfast.. disgusting, even the coffee is not drinkable.. I would even not give 1 star to this sad hotel where no one care about anything.

Le recensioni spesso negative sono a parer nostro inspiegabili perchè questo hotel per la nostra esperienza merita le 4 stelle che ha. Il personale è tutto molto cortese,dalle signore al check in agli addetti bagnini, al personale delle pulizie e ai servizi ai tavoli. La pulizia della camera 305 è stata perfetta, anche gli spazi comuni altrettanto ordinati e puliti. Bellissime sia la piscina che la spiaggia e a differenza di quanto letto la piscina almeno ora ha i lettini e gli ombrelloni. La colazione rispetto ai 5 stelle difetta solo della frutta secca/semini, di più tipi di pane e della verdura,ma per il resto è uguale infatti è opulenta, con prodotti di marca e di qualità e in una terrazza panoramica stupenda. Proprio a voler trovare un difetto direi il bagno non moderno,ma comunque ben funzionante. Come consiglio direi solo che sarebbe bello creare una piccola palestra per allenarsi. Ottima esperienza! Location strategica, parcheggio mare e piscina per un soggiorno in relax. Personale gentile e disponibile, un grazie particolare alla signora Clelia per la disponibilità e la cortesia che ci ha riservato. Pranzo self service molto ben cucinato. Bagnino attento e gentile. Ci siamo già stati in passato e ci torneremo sicuramente. L’unica struttura che prendiamo in considerazione a Sperlonga. Prezzi nella media di Sperlonga .

Peccato nonostante la bella struttura, l’albergo è molto datato, camere piccole, bagni vecchi e servizi assolutamente inadeguati per essere un quattro stelle. Colazione pessima con servizio scadente, peggio di una mensa aziendale. Sito web assolutamente ingannevole. Salvo la spiaggia e la piscina, molto bene tenute con bagnini molto professionali!

Hotel con ampio parcheggio. Personale gentile. Location carina, classica. Buona camera con vista mare, ampia il giusto, ben climatizzata e funzionale: pecca, purtroppo, nella pulizia della stessa. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante, ma la colazione (su una terrazza con vista mare) è stata abbastanza variegata. La struttura è centrale ed è sul mare: il soggiorno include il servizio spiaggia, così come la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina (qui c’è da dire che gli spazi sono tali da non permettere la presenza di molti ombrelloni/lettini) con annesso chioschetto dove potersi rifocillare. Assenza di animazione. Prezzi alti, d’altronde così come in tutta Sperlonga. In generale, comunque, al netto della pulizia in camera, esperienza positiva!

Ottima posizione, bella struttura parcheggio perfetto. Camere piano terra impresentabili. Strutturate anche come fornitura da bagno come negli anni 60. Pulizia approssimativa. Colazione scarsa, nemmeno il tostapane!Apertura della sala colazione in ritardo e mancanza di prodotti . Caffè americano freddo . L’impressione è che non tutto il personale è formato in maniera completa. C’è molto da fare

Soggiorno davvero piacevole e dotato di ogni comfort, siamo stati benissimo. Due particolari menzioni: La prima per il personale sempre gentile pronto e disponibile ad assecondare le richieste che ogni volta proponevamo, in particolare la signora Aliuska che, con il suo modo di fare ha reso decisamente più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. La seconda alla cucina davvero di livello assoluto.
