The apartment was a beautiful penthouse apartment, with good views and very modern. Everything needed was there and even more. The apartment and the whole building was very clean and well kept. In the basement there were washing machines and dryers as well as electrical bikes for rent. The host, Daniel is the perfect host always ready to help and very service minded. We had a lovely stay in a lovely place with beautiful beaches 😊☀️👍

A literal home away from home! Thank you Daniel for an incredible stay. The apartment is terrific and it offers everything one can possibly need when traveling. All the comforts of a brand new apartment are there, from AC, internet, smart lighting, shades and access, easy access to state of the art appliances for both cooking and laundry. The attention to every detail is to be appreciated, Daniel truly knows how to be a wonderful host. Thank you so much for having our family! Looking forward to next summer! 1000% recommended. Posto moderno, molto pulito, esattamente come in foto ( anche meglio). Daniel il proprietario è molto disponibile e sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Una struttura eccellente. Il monolocale è ambio e comodissimo per una famiglia di 3 persone ( anche con un secondo bambino potrebbe andare bene). Davvero a due passi dai lidi più belli di Sperlonga, dal corso. Vicino a supermercati, bar, tabacchi. Super consigliato! Non per niente è il terzo anno consecutivo che prenotiamo qui.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un trilocale stupendo con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, eravamo due famiglie. Letti comodissimei, ampio soggiorno e bella cucina attrezzata con grande tavolo, ampia vetrata luminosa, provvista di zanzariera, con balcone da vivere dalla mattina alla sera. Wifi, parcheggio, super tv e biancheria. Super host Daniele che ringraziamo ancora per la sua disponibilità e cortesia dimostrata anche in relazione all'ora del check in. Grazie a presto non mancheremo di ritornare nella bella Sperlonga.
