Stayed here for an event in Arnolds Park. It's only 20 minutes from the Park and a lot cheaper to stay in Spencer. Easy to find (right on the main drag), easy to check in with diligent and friendly staff. Quiet, clean, nice breakfast menu. Spacious room. Slept fine. Right across the street from a nice sit down restaurant (or close to fast food if you want it). Highly recommend. Great value.

hotel was good; breakfast was good for a day or two; location was excellent and hot tub worked ok- only concerning item was the $20/night/per pet charge seemed a little high for this lhotel, $10/night would be realistic but weather was single digits at night and too cold for pet to sleep in the truck; Hotel served my purpose and would go back again for the price/ night

Needed a place to sleep for one night (family of 4). Checkin was easy, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, coffee was fresh! They are spending money to update this hotel. Staff was great and I’ll stay here again when I’m in the Spencer area!

We stayed here for 1 night while attending a wedding in Arnold’s Park. The hotel was $100+ cheaper then hotels near the wedding. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfy. Room wasn’t fancy but pretty clean. Didn’t stink. We stayed in the main building. Pool was super warm. Hot tub was too cold. Breakfast was adequate for us. Staff was very friendly. We’d stay here again.

My room smelled like mildew and smoke... opened the window and screen fell out. Carpet was filthy and terribly stained. Found watermelon seeds around the bed. Rooms need to be thoroughly deep cleaned.

Room was nice, little hot tub (though not exactly "private pool" as described...) worked well. Clean and mostly quiet, mattress was comfortable. Pool and hot tub in main building were clean, but the hot tub jets had not been functioning for some weeks. Overall a nice stay, though a little overpriced.

The Location was easily accessible and the rates were reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly too and attentive to my needs. I was impressed with the breakfast-- i don't normally eat breakfast but i did find something to eat. I will definitely recommend this place.

Multi day last minute trip for pheasant hunting. Hotel is fine but a bit dated but clean and rather inexpensive. No real issues, but "full breakfast" is a bit over stated. Breakfast for a day or two on their selection is fine, beyond that you might want to look for a restaurant.
