Struttura vecchiotta composta da un corpo centrale con reception, camere e piscina esterna più un ulteriore edificio con altre camere. Camera spartana, bagno indecente, doccia a pavimento attaccata al wc e solo parzialmente separata da questo. Il pavimento del bagno è "rivestito" con materiale plastico che si sta staccando, infissi vecchi e sporchi ... Considerata la delusione, abbiamo preferito non usufruire della "spa"... Sabato 2 agosto 2025 rumorosissima serata techno in piscina fino a tardi di cui non c'è stato nessun avviso : se quando ho prenotato la stanza avessi saputo di questo evento non avrei soggiornato qui. La colazione dolce offre una ampia scelta, quella salata invece è discutibile (gli affettati, soprattutto, non avevano un bell'aspetto...). Ovvio che non mi sento di consigliare questo posto!

Buona posizione x muoversi e raggiungere a piedi il centro di Spello, camere ampie ma sporche siamo stati lì due notti non sono venuti a rifarci mai la camera. Siamo rientrati alle 22.10 x prendere una bottiglia d'acqua e la reception e bar erano già chiusi e non c'era in giro nessuno. Colazione scarsa

Alloggio indecoroso, in una dependance, miserevole, con il giardino per niente curato, tutto secco. Bagno approssimativo, poco pulito; arredamento "vintage"; colazione scarsa; personale indifferente ed abulico. Da ignorare nella ricerca di un alloggio decoroso. Unico vantaggio: essere a Spello. Ma ciò non giustica nulla.

Ladri! alla partenza la signora dell ricevimento mi ha fatto pagare 60 euro di supplemento per avere usufruito della spa che invece era compresa nel prezzo. Dicendo che era sbagliato il sito di booking,Ho pagato senza fare storie solo perché purtroppo avevo fretta avendo un appuntamento nell immediato. Consiglio Non vi fate fregare .

Un weekend a Spello
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la camera confortevole, la struttura per quanto riguarda la parte ristorazione e’ convenzionata con un ristorante dentro Spello molto vicino e che fa una cucina di buona qualità.
