Ladri! alla partenza la signora dell ricevimento mi ha fatto pagare 60 euro di supplemento per avere usufruito della spa che invece era compresa nel prezzo. Dicendo che era sbagliato il sito di booking,Ho pagato senza fare storie solo perché purtroppo avevo fretta avendo un appuntamento nell immediato. Consiglio Non vi fate fregare .

Un weekend a Spello
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la camera confortevole, la struttura per quanto riguarda la parte ristorazione e’ convenzionata con un ristorante dentro Spello molto vicino e che fa una cucina di buona qualità.

Bella struttura anche se una parte della stessa ha le camere poste al dì fuori di essa e si deve attraversare la strada inoltre queste poste fuori una parte sono piano terra le altre bisogna fare una bella rampa di scale.Otrima la spa.La piscina scoperta secondo me ci vorrebbe un addetto bagnino visto che era lunga circa una 20 metti il punto più profondo circa 2,5 metri
Ho fatto mezza pensione e il ristorante era a circa un kilometro ma ne valeva la pena di negativo che abbiamo dovuto pagare il coperto

Three night stay in this "hotel" with a small room used as a reception, file cabinet and breakfast room. The rooms located in a "condominium" that you reach by crossing a road, fortunately not very busy, were poorly soundproofed. In the morning at breakfast to sit at a table you had to move what was used by other customers and the trays were often empty. Positive note the location, very convenient to the center of Spello.

Really mediocre experience, like the service, the cleanliness and the room. Breakfast was decidedly poor. The only positive note, the spa is nice and the affiliated restaurant La Bastiglia is excellent. For the rest... I will not return and I do not recommend it.

The structure is really not bad. I did not use the spa and unfortunately due to bad weather not even that beautiful pool.... Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the walls of Spello. Room large enough and I give a 6 and a half for cleanliness. Shame about the toilet in the shower, something I hate!!!! However a big round of applause for the double bed, finally with a double mattress and not as usual the 2 singles joined by the pillowcase!!!! Very comfortable and very clean linen, I slept divinely. Mini fridge and air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was also good, not too varied but everything tasted good. Excellent quality/price ratio.... Very kind staff! Shame about the bathroom and a few tweaks to the room, I would have given 4 stars!!!! Anyway, I will return
