Het hotel staat in de omschrijving heel anders aangeprezen dan de werkelijkheid die valt nl erg tegen. Het hotel heeft geen lift en 100.000 treden om ergens te kunnen komen. Het zwembad ligt 80 traptreden lager en er kunnen maar 6 mensen liggen. Dus de zonaanbidders liggen er meteen in de ochtend waardoor er geen plaats is voor anderen. Het restaurant ligt pal voor je neus maar is al volgeboekt dus eigen gasten moeten elders gaan eten. Receptioniste was heel aardig. Kamer is schoon maar ook gedateerd. Bed is prima

Weekend alla bastiglia,devo dire che contrariamente quanto scritto in molte recensioni negative,ho trovato una struttura ottima pulita e ben tenuta,poi ovviamente qualcosa si può migliorare. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite vittoria, camera grande e pulita,con terrazzo esterno diviso in due parti,una chiusa con vasca idromassaggio 3 posti e una sauna,e poi una parte aperta con tavolo e sedie,cena nella norma, niente di eccelso ma nemmeno pessima, servizio buono, colazione nella norma. Staff ben preparato e competente.

Great hotel, the staff is very helpful. Fantastic view. Arianna at the front desk is the best. She is always in a good mood and very helpful. If you want to experience the "Real" Italy stay here. The restaurant is top notch. Overall they really take care of our groups. We stay here often and never have had a problem. David & Debra, USA

Struttura in buona posizione e con grande potenzialità, ma con poca attenzione all'ospite. Camera spaziosa ma buia,odore di muffa su lenzuola e asciugamani, scuri rotti, priva di zanzariere, aria condizionata insufficiente e rumorosa,frigo bar vuoto, bagno usurato... addirittura privo dei tappi per lavandino/bidet, tappeti....Colazione discreta, ma tavoli da apparecchiare personalmente. Nel complesso poca pulizia fin dalla hall trascuratezza e disattenzione del personale, assenza di manutenzione. Non offre servizi da 4 stelle.

Peccato, altissimo potenziale ma struttura in assenza di manutenzione ordinaria,cicche di sigarette nei posacenere in arrivo alla camera,sacchi di lenzuola nel corridoio per due giorni di fila,pareti stuccate molto grossolane,unico servizio veramente di nota le signore in sala colazione da medaglia d oro,sorridenti gentili educatissime e pronte a togliere i piatti dai tavoli,riordino delle pietanze nel banco sempre molto attente, veramente degne di un ringraziamento...PS: la piscina fuori uso ,ci hanno indirizzato in un altra loro struttura con piscina veramente squallida,sporca con sedie e sdraio buttate a caso ,il robottino per la pulizia spento in fondo alla piscina ... veramente un peccato
