Pessimo in tutto...dal personale al cibo..alla pulizia. L unica cosa positiva è la posizione. Siamo stati malissimo e soprattutto troppo caro per quello che offre...gli do una sola stella perché memo non si può. ....per il resto spello è un amore..

Raramente capita di trovare posti come questo a prezzi a due cifre. Dire che l'hotel è perfetto è il minimo. Tutto è curato con scrupolo: le camere sono fornite di tutto anche se manca l'accappatoio in bagno (che sarebbe comodo anche per chi vuole scendere al centro benessere). La dotazione di toiletries in bagno è più che buona. La colazione ha un bel buffet abbondante e completo. L'unico ambiente per il quale non condivido le scelte della Direzione è il centro benessere. Per 30 euro a testa mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di molto meglio di 1 ora di prenotazione. Entrare qui sapendo che tra 60 minuti dovrai togliere il disturbo non mi rilassa, anzi. Dato il locale piuttosto limitato, capisco che uno non possa rimanerci tutto il giorno, ma 1 ora è davvero una inezia, un controsenso. O perlomeno avrà un senso per una Direzione un po' miope, che però non ci fa una gran figura con la clientela, dato che due ospiti pagano quasi la stessa cifra del pernottamento in hotel per 1 ora di servizio di spa. A parte questa nota stonata, per tutto il resto siamo davvero a un ottimo livello. La cortesia di tutto il personale è un altro punto che va assolutamente rimarcato. Grazie comunque.

Reported room darkening shades wouldn’t close & toilet running. Wasn’t repaired. Dinner soup was only warm, small portions for costs. Eggs cold every day at breakfast & they aren’t good at replenishing at 9 even tho more guests arriving.
On checking out waited 10 min while reception on phone. Finally got off & paid bill. Didn’t have change wanted me to forget the difference. It’s a cute hotel & nice location. They need to fix things.

Excellent hotel with great location.
We had a suite which was HUGE with a spa and fantastic valley views.
Parking on the premises if you got there first.
Ample buffet breakfast.
For such an expensive room there was no ironing board or kettle. Amazing.

Siamo stati in questo hotel circa 7 anni fa... Purtroppo la recensione che feci allora non può essere la stessa di oggi. Ho trovato l'hotel peggiorato,nella pulizia e nella manutenzione. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite laura, vasca idromassaggio che ha bisogno necessariamente di manutenzione, il coperchio che copre il filtro è rotto si toglieva di continuo e molto pericoloso in quanto il risucchio dell'acqua per poco non risucchiava la mano di mio figlio di 3 anni. Il display che serve per accendere l'idromassaggio rotto, si toglieva e rimanevano i fili scoperti. Minibar vuoto come si vede dalla foto. La sera siamo tornati dalla cena e abbiamo trovato una blatta in camera, può capitare per carità si trova al piano terra con giardino e va bene. Al mio risveglio un'altra blatta morente davanti la porta del bagno... Usciamo x andare a fare colazione, apriamo la porta e troviamo un tappeto di blatte morte. Lo facciamo presente alla reception ma al nostro ritorno in camera le blatte sono ancora lì. Colazione misera poca scelta. Personale gentile. Albergo con grande potenziale ma bisogna rivedere delle cose.

La posizione è eccellente ma la camera, visto il costo e le 4 stelle non era molto pulita, in bagno perdevano i tubi del bidet, c'era muffa e sporco...insomma per il prezzo non va bene...la spa carina ma niente di più onestamente, non credo tornerò, il personale di contro molto gentile... spesso loro non hanno colpe...Spello è stupenda ci sono altre location più carine...
