Avevamo scelto questo hotel nel pacchetto Smartbox come regalo di matrimonio per i miei genitori, per vari motivi le date prenotate non andavano più bene, quindi ricerco assistenza telefonica che più di una volta è stata rifiutata: - mi dicono che la proprietaria non può parlare e di mandare una mail -mando la mail e dopo un'intera giornata richiamo per avere notizie ma mi dicono che la proprietaria ha avuto problemi di salute - faccio passare tutto il weekend, richiamo oggi e sono stato nuovamente sbolognato. SITUAZIONE RIDICOLA .... Un buon hotel si capisce già dalla presentazione telefonica... Chiamarlo hotel a 3 stelle è un insulto per tanti hotel a 3 stelle che danno servizio e assistenza sempre h24. Abbiamo annullato la prenotazione e MAI PIÙ HOTEL SALENTO.

Struttura completamente inadeguata nel ricevere i ragazzi .... stanze prive di ogni tipo di pulizia...asciugamani e lenzuola completamente sporchi ... La colazione sprovvista di ogni cosa ..a meno che per colazione non si intenda un bicchiere di succo... Esperienza da dimenticare ...

La camera dell'hotel non era adeguatamente pulita, gli arredi rovinati ed obsoleti, per non parlare della tenda della doccia e dello specchio. Dimensioni della stanza minimali che non consentivano di aprire completamente le ante dell'armadio che urtavano contro il letto. Non è un hotel a tre stelle .

Ci ho soggiornato per esigenze lavorative, e devo dire che mi ci sono trovato molto bene, penso di ritornarci in futuro, magari, perché no, anche con la famiglia al di fuori delle esigenze lavorative.

OKAY
I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. After reading the reviews on Google l was expecting a friendly environment. I didn’t get this. The restaurant was good however it was closed on my first night. There should be information about this at the time of booking the hotel. The food was good however l was overcharged the first evening for my steak €20 which was meant to €18 and include salad and chips. I was then charged an extra €10 for 2 side orders as well. The pizza wasn’t great either it had a very wet base. Disappointing.
The next night l was offered potato croquettes as a goodwill gesture l guess however when l paid the bill the lady tried to charge me for them. The cleaning lady was great and the room was spotless.

On nous a offert une Dakotabox et nous avons choisi cet hôtel au vu des bons avis. Quelle déception ! Une forte odeur d’alcool à brûler à l’arrivée dans la chambre, un frigo bancal qui coule car il a dégivré mais n’a pas été vidé, nous avons dû éponger le sol. Des serviettes archi usées ( on y voit à travers), trouées et effilochées. Nous en avons demandé d’autres. Tout est vétuste surtout la salle de bains, avec un vieux rideau de douche tout usé, une tablette au-dessus du lavabo pleine de tâches incrustées, un miroir abîmé, rien pour poser ses trousses de toilette. Même pas un dévidoir pour le papier toilette, et la chasse d’eau qui fait autant de bruit que la sirène d’un paquebot ! La déprime totale ! C’est honteux de proposer ça aux clients car si les box ne sont pas rentables pour eux, ils n’ont qu’à les refuser. J’aimerai bien savoir comment sont les chambres payées au prix fort ! L’accueil a été correct sans plus, le seul point positif a été le repas au restaurant.

abbiamo soggiornato dal 18 al 22 settembre 2024 ,insieme ad una coppia di amici storici . Fin dall'entrata l'Hotel Salento si rivela spazioso con ampio parcheggio , le camere ugualmente spaziose e, soprattutto, pulitissime e profumate, mantenute tali per tutto il soggiorno. L'hotel Salento, ci ha offerto ottime e abbondanti colazioni con tanti tipi di torte e dolci locali , e per chi ama il cappuccino, caffe , niente macchinette automatiche ma, a richiesta vengono fatti dal bar dell'hotel. Le cene sempre variegate e di ottima qualità e quantità . Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, coccola i clienti e li fa sentire a casa. l'Hotel Salento a conduzione familiare, capitanato dalle sorelle Serena e Diletta è un tre stelle, ma consideratelo un quattro stelle ché ne ha tutte le caratteristiche, anche dal punto di vista della professionalità di chi ci lavora. Situato nella bellissima cittadina di Specchia a pochi passi dal centro storico , in posizione geografica centralissima ottima x le famose spiagge salentine sia del mare adriatico ,15 km circa sia x le spiagge del mar ionio 15/20km ed anche a pochissimi km da qualsiasi cittadina del salento 40 minuti da Lecce CONSIGLIATISSIMO .........

Siamo andati con smart box abbiamo fatto 4 giorni con mio marito ed una coppia di amici . Accoglienza eccellente Camere pulitissime,confortevoli e profumate Locale ristorante davvero eccezionale x pulizia,cortesia gentilezza ... x non parlare del cibo davvero ottimo Complimenti alle CHEF... E a tutto lo staff capitanato dalle sorelle Serena e Diletta Consigliatissimo ❤️
