The hotel is cheap, but the hair dryer I used after I checked in was broken. I called to get a better one. There was a door between the room and the next door. I used the hair dryer to dry my hair, and a few minutes later, the hotel staff knocked on the door to tell the next door that the hair dryer disturbed them. Then you can't use hair dryers in this hotel? Why don't you use high-end silent hair dryers? Or explain to the next door. It's really unreasonable. In the end, my hair was half dry, and it was a very unpleasant accommodation experience.

We were given a room where the toilet wouldn't flush, even after the front desk receptionist tried to fix it. The hotel was full, so there were no rooms to move to, and we were told that we could use the restroom in the pool area instead and that they'd approve a partial refund but that we'd have to get it through the booking agency we used (United Hotels). After reaching out to the booking company (who then reached out to the hotel), we were basically gaslit and told we couldn't get a refund because they'd moved us to a new room (they didn't). Upon pressing, we were then told we couldn't get a refund because they'd made an adjustment to the toilet to get it working (they didn't). So they want me to pay full price for the honor of spending 30 minutes filling a trash bin with bath water in an attempt to get the toilet to flush (unsuccessfully) and then having to get dressed to go down to the pool at 3am to pee. There was not only zero effort to make this right, they actually went through great effort to resist offering any sort of solution at all, or even admitting that this happened. And I wasn't even asking for a full refund. Just some compensation for the first night in a room that shouldn't have been given to us in the first place. I've worked in the travel industry for 20 years, and I've never encountered customer service this appalling. Even if this were a five star hotel (which it absolutely is not), I wouldn't recommend staying here. If something goes wrong, you'll be hung out to dry.

Clean motel! Basic and that was all we needed! Close to eating! It is close to roadway so a bit noisy with window open. Easy to locate.

Very nice size ,clean , personable room! Easy access parking lot nice lobby with very helpful personal ! We enjoyed the day with a trip to Mount Rushmore, lots of beautiful, clean scenery South Dakota is a beautiful state! Glad we put it on our list ! Terry Taylor, Alabama.

No room service
It was ok but they don’t have room service we had to throw out our own trash and ask for towels n toilet paper when we needed . I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have room service
