This place is sketchy....which is fine if it had a price tag to match. I thought I was going to get the quality of the Wyndham brand. Nope. My "pool view" that I paid for...well the pool and spa are permanently closed. The bed frames are made of planks of wood, wall brackets where things once hung, stains on the chairs, exposed wires hanging out of the ceiling above the bed.

The hotel room was horrible. Air conditioning wasn't on and it was 85 degrees in the room. Air conditioner really didn't do much when it was on. Refrigerator didn't work and had mold in it. The bed had stains on it and was dirty. There was no elevator to get to the second floor. We left and did not stay. Found another hotel.

I was quite surprised when I got to my room and find out that the crime scene evidence tape was still on the door handle… when questioned, the front desk wouldn’t even switch room. The manager was rude and unfazed by my concerns, and only offered to “cancel the reservation”… would have jumped at it, only if it wasn’t the only room available in the whole town due to an event happening. Their response to my concerns were “oh, it was just a search following a hit and run”… Simply unacceptable service. To top it all off, the room is extremely run down and so expensive, at $250 a night. Wouldn’t come back here for $30 a night. Shame on you ownership. Also extremely deceiving pictures of hot tub and pool on every site available, and then upon check in both are permanently closed as they have no vents in the pool room, so everything was molding… I would say you pay for what you get x if I would have paid sub $100, but at almost $300 a night this is simply insulting.

Toilet seat was broken, TV didn't work, couch was broke down and the pool did not have any water in it. Cancelled room and went to a different hotel.

The employee/night auditor seemed rather rude or off-putting when I first entered the hotel, but was more professional and respectful while checking me in. Quiet, clean hotel conveniently located just off of Interstate 90. Thank you!

The bed was great, loved the soft sheets, room was clean. The shower head was plugged and no water came out. The AC had no control knobs. It was on on or off. There was no blow dryer in the room. Pool and hot tub permanently closed. Breakfast was fair.

I booked this stay specially for the pool and hottub. When we checked in, there was a sign at the desk that said “pool permanently closed”. Such a bummer

The rooms were clean. Pool and hottub are permanently closed. Why I booked in the first place. Lobby and hallways strong plugin air fresheners to the point of being overwhelming. The only time someone was at the desk was at checkin. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to show
