Hilton Garden Inn Spartanburg

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great on site restaurant. I booked a king room and it was HUGE. Very comfortable bed, great desk for working, large screen TV. The biggest plus was the air conditioner was QUIET!!! No grinding noise going on and off all night. The bathroom was also very large with a large walk in shower. Room was equipped with refrigerator and microwave, very convenient. Conveniently located near major highways, a shopping mall, Costco. Will definitely stay again. A+++++

This is my favorite place to stay in Spartanburg. We always have a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very professional. Sabrina was very polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend the Hierloom restaurant for breakfast.

My son plays baseball at USC Upstate, during his initial visit to the school he stayed here and really enjoyed his stay. My wife and I have been to Spartanburg 4-5 times over the past two years and will stay no where else. Property is beautiful, well kept, and extremely clean. Staffers are extremely professional and courteous, especially Fatama, at the front desk - excellent restaurant on the premises as well as nearby the hotel. We stayed here for one night, as it was the 1/2 point to our destination. The staff was outstanding. The property is beautiful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The property was also quiet. We had no issues at all. The breakfast Buffett was $10.00. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend this property for the value/location/hospitality. Thanks for a great stay!

The good: Great layout, modern environment. The attached restaurant was a little unique and surprisingly excellent! Great looking bar, decent breakfast bar for only $10. Convenient to highway but quiet, a secure setting near mall shops. The bad: Despite reviews raving on cleanliness, ours was not. First, we were gone for 12 hours but the room was not serviced. We were told you had to request that. What? $237/night and don't get fresh towels or bed made during the day? We aren't convinced the bedding was clean, as there were a couple of "crumbs" (brown -ish crusty bits) in the bed - and the bed was NOT supportive or comfortable. Woke up with sore back both nights. The bathroom did not smell clean and the shower didn't look it either. Old TP roll on the spool and was just torn; not folded - clearly house cleaning is the weak link in this hotel. I reported the issues upon check-out and was not offered any accommodation. At a minimum, throwing some Hilton Honors points my way would have been appreciated. Maybe check out the other new hotels right near by before booking.

Very nice facility. Great Amenities and The Staff made the stay at this Hotel very special. Real Southern Hospitality is alive in Spartanburg's Hilton Garden Inn. The Heirloom Eatery is EXCELLENT 👌 👌👍

This had to be the nicest Hilton Gardens I've stayed at. The lobby area was bright and clean. The person checking me in was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area when helping me to choose a restaurant besides the in house dining. The room was bright, smelled fresh and clean the moment I walk in. I don't know why more hotels don't leave the curtains open. It helps the first moment of truth when walking into the room. I visited the bar area for a few drinks in the evening. The bartender did a great job. There was a wine tasting going on that evening next to the bar. Even with the extra work she had to do, she did a great job keeping up with all the guest sitting around the bar. I didn't use the pool, but I could see it from the room. The area looked very clean and there were several pool toys for the kids. Even with the traffic of the interstate near by, the room was quite. I highly recommend you to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when in Spartanburg.

The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by very friendly front desk staff. Everyone was so nice at this hotel. Geoff was so friendly and help answer the million questions I had. Very clean! Highly recommend.

I chose this hotel because it was half-way to my destination and based on the reviews was clean, had a restaurant, and was in a good location. All of that is true. The room was clean, quiet, and everything worked. The location is right off I-26 and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant/bar that offers a variety of food choices and their menu clearly marks those entrees that can be modified for gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan diners. One item that needs to be mentioned is that their website has a confusing statement. The website states complimentary breakfast. At this specific Garden Inn, breakfast is $10 a plate. It is not complimentary.
