Hotel was ok. It was clean but not top notch. The drains in showers were not working and we showered in standing water. The worst part was our room did not have a black out shade and faced a busy parking lot with huge lights shining in our room. Hotel grounds just needed some upkeep

Newly remodeled and comfortable beds. I had visited during business visit and it was really comfortable friendly and great staff. Staff was very welcoming i enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as well lot of options as well. Parking was little tight

Quiet, clean lodging. Close to interstate and dining options. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to have a mini- fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I wish there was a clock in the room, but that was all it lacked. Breakfast was the expected variety and coffee was available any time. Pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer, hot tub was working and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly

When we checked in they gave us keys to a room not yet cleaned; when we were reassigned, bathtub had large ant; the bathroom floor was not cleaned behind the door, while showering the water accumulated due to tub draining very slowly and the room did not have hair dryer in room; clerk said she would try to find one , after an hour we checked out. Not a pleasant stay and surely does not deserves to be associated with Radisson name; very expensive $191 for such a sad state for a hotel. Hotel says they were working on renovations, I say they would have been bettter not to book this room for a stay

It’s an ok place to stay but wouldn’t choose it if a nicer place was available for the low price. We always stay 4-5 days as are visiting grandchildren.I do appreciate the towel rack that u added. Thank you.

This Country Inn was clean and appeared to well maintained. The staff was helpful, friendly and pleasant. They provided clean towels each day. My only complaint was the really poor WIFI service. Likely the worst WIFI I have experienced in the last several years. One of the staff was able to reset the router and it worked for part of the day. I still do some work via my laptop so I find it important to have good service.

If you have Apple products DO NOT stay! The wifi doesn’t work with Apple!! Staff smokes in front of entrance and they use a scented carpet cleaner. Awful!! Carpet are in bad shape!! No smiles on staff to include the manager!

This a very poorly run hotel. On checking in we were given the wrong room - apparently the room we got was “promised” to another guest who was yet to arrive. Then we were made to feel it was our fault. We’re told to move without any consideration or compensation. They indicated they would not be cleaning the room after we left and before the next guest because “we hadn’t been there that lang” although we told then we had used the bath and my wife had napped in the bed. Enter with care !! Breakfast was pathetic as well. There has to be better places to stay in Sparta.

Sparta is the self acclaimed Biking Capital of America, on two major bike trails, yet this hotel will NOT ALLOW BIKES TO BE STORED IN THE SECURE LUGGAGE ROOM, THE LOBBY, THE STAIRWELLS, ROOMS, OR ANY PLACE IN THIS HOTEL. When making a reservation, there is no information about this policy. There are NO SIGNS on the property. In addition, the fitness room sign says Open at 5 am to 10 pm, but it is REALLY ONLY OPEN from 6 am to 12 am. Stay in LaCrosse and bike their trail and stay at a much better place!
