Good location, nicely maintained, efficient staff. The bed was comfortable, the lighting good, and breakfast was good. We made a same day reservation and that went smoothly. Checkin/checkout was easy. A good value and we’d stay there again.

It was a choice between 3 hotels in Sparta, and I'm so glad I picked this one. Free breakfast is a must for me and this one did not disappoint. There were so many hot and cold food options and they were all delicious. 2nd is it must have a pool/hottub. I've been in hottubs where half the jets don't work. The hottub was amazing and the pool temp was perfect. There was even a kiddie pool. They even had a sauna. All the front desk people were so nice and answered questions with a smile. Loved the coffee/hot chocolate/etc machine and the water bottle filler right by the front desk. Wished the bar was open-were told its permanently closed.

We only stayed one night, but I would love to go back! My children loved the pool and even went swimming early in the morning. The rooms are clean and my bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best that I've ever seen in a hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right off the highway, and in a direct line to many restaurants and shopping. The pool is the major draw for our family, with a shallow wading pool and a deeper with slide pool. Hot tub has been great too. My only down side is the beds were very firm. I am not a fan of that level of firm but overall this is an annual stop for us.

Front desk is disrespectful. We told them our t.v didnt work and they just told us what to do ourselves. Then we came back to our room to try and fix it and it didnt work, so we went back down again and they said maintenance would be up. The maintenance didn’t come up to our room for 30 minutes, by the time they got here we had it fixed. Half the machines in the workout room don’t work right and our room phone does make calls. Jets in hot tube don't work in the pool area.

I needed the bill split due to military reasons and they refused. Would not provide me anything in writing stating that or let me speak with a manager. The blonde lady working nights at was very uninviting and did nothing to help me resolve my issue.

So very happy I stayed here. The hotel was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the pool was warm and lovely. BIG breakfast selection. I will 100% stay here again the next time I travel to the Sparta area.

Had to change rooms different nights , eggs were watery , no cranberry juice , brewskies was closed , never got my rewards points had to change rooms because they gave me wheelchair accessible room and another person was using it the next night , just give me a room I can stay for 2 nights instead of having to move out and move in again , ridiculous !

Hotel workers were great! The Pub inside hotel is closed and they roped off breakfast/fireplace area so there is no place to gather with family other then the pool. Which you can't bring food or drinks into. Close to gas station and Interstate 90. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They let us take our bikes to our rooms. Not too far from the Sparta Railroad Trail Head. 5-10 min drive.
