Thunderbird Resort Club

Started horrible trying to talk with Holly behind the wall. She was very rude and could care less about me checking in! I think she was on her cell phone with a friend but not sure. It took me 45 minutes to check in and was told that I was not a member!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I had my paperwork to show her but couldn't because she was behind the wall! Finally I called my wife to see if she could help talk Holly into believing we were legit. The entire stay was not much better! The remote for the T.V. didn't work they said they would send someone to fix it!!! suprise.....no one showed for two days! I ended up going to the store myself to get new batteries for the remote. Went to get towels for the pool and Holly again was of no help. She told me well, you only have one more day to stay here so you should be able to figure out how to get a towel! ended up using a room towel! Don't tell Holly! The room was ok. I had to be quiet but that was easy for me to do since I was gone allot and I was by myself! Hopefully (Holly) the lady behind to wall on the T.V. is having a better week. Good luck!

Need more electrical outlets throughout the condo. Bed and sofa bed could use new matresses. Otherwise, a good place to stay . Price was good for space rented.

Suprised and pleased with the quality of the accomodations. The "virtual" checking is a little unusual, but worked great. We would stay here again.

Worst filthy place ever Have been timeshare over 40 years this place is very filthy Unit full of spiders, ants, bugs.. Told front desk asked for another unit nothing available. no broom available we had to clean place using towels. Then asked front desk for clean towels - response again - very rude They had people living there all the time.Cannot use pool Sunday or at night people living there using it. Had only three regular chairs and few lounge chairs Outside lights not working very dark. Called to have light by door replaced never did fix it. Railing to go upstairs very loose - dangerous they never came to repair it. Pictures are not what place looks like. These must be very old pictures. No exercise room. Had called and she said they had four working grills. Grills not working asked for a pan or boiler to cook our hamburgers and steak told nothing available. ended up having to go out to eat all the time gets expensive with six persons.. Utensils in unit look like came from dollar store very cheap Not able to get on wifi.

The internet in the property was so bad. I couldn't use it at all duromg my stay and this affected my productivity as I didn't have a backup

Very disappointing. There were concerns regarding cleanliness, condition of units, and safety. The only contact we had was with someone somewhere behind a TV screen or via a phone.
