Being an IHG diamond member, I seldomly get disappointed by its chain hotels, except one rare occasion in Austin, TX. I think it was my 2nd time there, very nice and friendly front desk people, breakfast is pretty good, gym is very limited, wifi is pretty stable and nothing to complaint about this place, except IHG website charges $40+ higher than Trip.com... complained to the front desk, but I guess it's what it is...

The hotel was clean, and housekeeping was sweet. The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Unfortunately, there were a couple things that need improvement. First, upon checking in, there were no pamphlets or fliers for local attractions. Second, the tv I. The room worked, but it kept going dark. You could hear the sound, but there was no picture. The biggest disappointment was the advertising for free breakfast and then there was none. It was not just us. They said I misread the reservation. However, there were many other people complaining about the same thing. The breakfast area manager said it is Holiday Inn Express that has free breakfast, not Holiday Inn. ‍♀️ Our trip was enjoyable, I just wish we didn't have the added expense, when we figured breakfast was included.

I’ll preface by saying that we originally had a reservation at another hotel nearby and the night before our visit, they canceled our room. That hotel put us up here and covered the $450(?!) a night fee. I feel terrible for anyone that pays that much. The lobby is ok. Updated with areas to sit. Once you walk past the lobby, it is super outdated, 70’s looking bland colors, dirty carpet, patchy painted stucco walls. The rooms are just as dated with the same patchy painted walls, missing hooks, rusty drains, water marks on ceiling and rodent boxes near the tv console. Would NOT recommend.

The place and staff were nice and accommodating especially Regina Linda Mya & Linda. They made us feel very welcome just like family

Worst hotel experience ever. Very strong mildew smell triggered my allergies severely, and I needed a new room. Found random hair in my room, bathmats and towels were damp, shower had no hot water, loud people in halls until 3am kept me awake. I would not recommend anyone stay here, in fact, the health department should be notified regarding the mold/mildew odor in the basement, which is a floor with hotel rooms on it.
